Abstract: A network management system tests the availability of a network resource before a user performs a task with the network resource. The system measures network activity of a user performing one or more tasks. The network activity includes communication between a user device of the user and each network resource associated with a corresponding task performed by the user. The system also generates a digital model persona of the user based on the tasks performed by the user, and determines a schedule of the tasks performed the user. Each particular task is associated with a corresponding execution time for the user. The system further configures the digital model persona to test the network resource associated with each corresponding task at a testing time that is a predetermined length of time prior to the execution time for the user.

Abstract: A computer executed process can be configured to identify a network traffic flow of a source network device. The process can select a traffic fidelity rate from a plurality of traffic fidelity rates for sending information regarding the network traffic flow to a digital twin device corresponding to the source network device. The process can transmit the information regarding the network traffic flow to the digital twin device according to the traffic fidelity rate. The digital twin device can be configured to replicate at least one operation of the source network device with respect to the network traffic flow.

Abstract: Methods are provided in which a cloud portal, serving as an orchestrator device, obtains a request for diagnostics data to monitor performance of a cloud-based service executing in a provider cloud network and accessed by a client device in an enterprise network and obtains service information about a plurality of assets involved in providing the cloud-based service. The plurality of assets are managed by at least a first cloud-based management entity and a second cloud-based management entity. The methods further include collecting the diagnostics data about the plurality of assets based on the service information, aggregating the diagnostics data to form a multi-cloud diagnostics data, and determining the performance of the cloud-based service based on the multi-cloud diagnostics data.

Abstract: Methods are provided in which a computing device obtains telemetry data associated with a network technology used in an enterprise network and an enterprise network profile that includes information about the complexity of the enterprise network. The network technology is deployed at one or more devices of the enterprise network. The methods further include the computing device determining, based on the telemetry data, for each deployment of the network technology, a current stage from a plurality of stages of an adoption lifecycle to which the network technology progressed, determining a time estimate for completing the current stage of the adoption lifecycle, based on the enterprise network profile and an adoption benchmark generated from a plurality of activities performed for progressing along the adoption lifecycle, and evaluating an adoption of the network technology, using the time estimate, to progress the network technology along the lifecycle.

Abstract: Techniques for dynamic health monitoring of a client system using predictive functions are presented. In one embodiment, a method includes obtaining a dataset associated with devices of a client system. The dataset is applied to a code module to generate a diagnostic result. The code module is configured to process the dataset to detect a potential problem associated with the devices as the diagnostic result. The method also includes generating a predictive function based on the diagnostic result from the code module. The predictive function maps an input variable associated with the diagnostic result for the potential problem to at least one of the diagnostic result or an associated severity level for the diagnostic result. The method further includes providing the predictive function to the client system for dynamically monitoring and predicting potential problems with the devices based on changes to the input variable.

Abstract: An application security monitors data traffic from computing devices to a remote application in a first computing environment, such as a production service chain. The application security monitor detects an anomaly in the data traffic from a computing device. Based on the anomaly, the remote application is substantially reproduced in a second computing environment, such as a scrubbing environment. The application security monitor redirects the anomalous data to the remote application in the second computing environment. The application security monitor determines whether the data traffic from the first computing device corresponds to malicious activity or legitimate activity by the computing device. Responsive to a determination that the data traffic from the first computing device corresponds to legitimate activity, the application security monitor applies to the first computing environment any changes in the second computing environment caused by the redirected traffic from the computing device.

Abstract: A computer executed process for mimicking human dialog, referred to herein as a “humanoid” or “humanoid system,” can be configured to provision itself to provide automated customer support. The humanoid can be trained for a customer support campaign. The training can include the humanoid observing communications between a human operator and at least one customer regarding at least one customer support case in the customer support campaign. The humanoid can assess at least one confidence level of the humanoid for the customer support campaign to determine whether the humanoid is adequately trained to handle future customer support cases for the customer support campaign. The humanoid can provision itself to handle at least one future customer support case in the customer support campaign in response to determining that it is adequately trained for the customer support campaign.

Abstract: A platform dynamically detects a user persona and facilitates a user objective in a user session. The platform obtains user activity of users across multiple historical sessions. The platform clusters similar user activity across the historical sessions to determine personas being used in the historical sessions. The platform mines sequential patterns in a set of user activity data associated with one of the personas and determines at least one predictive rule associated with that persona. Each predictive rule includes an initial activity among the set of user activity data and at least one subsequent activity in the set of user activity data.

Abstract: A method, computer system, and computer program product are provided for improving user speech. A data sample of a user speaking one or more words is received, wherein the data sample includes video data and audio data of the user speaking. The data sample is analyzed to determine a correct articulation of a mouth when speaking the one or more words. A synthetic video of the user performing the correct articulation is generated. The synthetic video of the user is presented to the user. A live video of the user is presented to the user while the synthetic video is presented.
