    摘要: An apparatus for exchanging paper rolls includes a paper supply mechanism having an inclined arm and a clamp assembly for receiving and holding a first paper roll; a second-roll hanger assembly arranged above the paper supply mechanism for receiving and holding a second paper roll; a slide rail arranged between the paper supply mechanism and the second-roll hanger assembly; an elevating assembly movably mounted to the slide rail; and a driving assembly for driving the elevating assembly to move along the slide rail. The elevating assembly picks up the second paper roll from the second-roll hanger assembly. To exchange the first paper roll with the second paper roll, the clamp assembly pushes the first paper roll away from the paper supply mechanism, and the elevating assembly lowers down along the slide rail to place the second paper roll in the paper supply mechanism.

    摘要: The invention provides a fiber product folding and stacking system comprising at least one folding wheel, a plurality of suction channels, a plurality of valves and a plurality of passages. The folding wheel includes a plurality of protruding wheels and a plurality of recessing wheels. The protruding wheels and the recessing wheels are adjacent to each other, and suction channels are arranged within the protruding wheels. The passages are disposed in the folding wheel and are fluidly connected to the suction channel. The valves are disposed within the recessing wheels of the folding wheel, and include a connecting opening, a valve channel and a valve opening. When the folding wheel rotates, portion of the suction channels will be fluidly connected to the valve channel through the passage and the valve opening to generate a negative pressure thereon for absorbing the fiber product.

    摘要: A transport mechanism and a method for transporting objects are disclosed. The transport mechanism includes a transport unit, a vacuum belt conveyor unit, and a push-type transport unit. The vacuum belt conveyor unit receives objects from the transport unit and conveys the received objects to the push-type transport unit. The vacuum belt conveyor unit can generate a vacuum force to adhere the plurality of objects thereon. When the vacuum belt conveyor unit stops conveying the objects carried thereon, the objects adhered to the vacuum belt conveyor unit would block the objects being transported by the transport unit, and when the vacuum belt conveyor unit starts to convey the objects carried thereon to the push-type transport unit, the transport unit would immediately transport more objects to the vacuum belt conveyor unit. Thus, with the vacuum belt conveyor unit, the objects are conveyed to the push-type transport unit and the position of objects is also accurately controlled.

    摘要: A liquid applying apparatus for fiber products is provided, including a first liquid applying device, a second liquid applying device, and a third liquid applying device. The second liquid applying device is adjacent to the first liquid applying device and the third liquid applying device. The first liquid applying device and the second liquid applying device respectively apply and coat liquids on different surfaces of a two-layer fiber product, and the third liquid applying device applies and coats a liquid on a surface of a single-layer fiber product. The second liquid applying device and the third liquid applying device press and laminate the two-layer fiber product and the single-layer fiber product together to form a three-layer fiber product with uniformly distributed liquids therein.

    摘要: The invention provides a fiber product suction system, comprising a folding wheel and a plurality of valves. The folding wheel comprises a plurality of protruding wheels and a plurality of recessing wheels adjacent each other. A plurality of suction channels and at least one connecting channel are disposed within the protruding wheel, wherein the connecting channel is fluidly connected to the suction channel. The valve is disposed on the recessing wheel of the folding wheel, and includes a connecting opening, a valve channel and a plurality of valve openings, wherein the valve openings are disposed on two sides of the valve, and are fluidly connected to the connecting opening via the valve channel. An air extractor can extract the gas in each suction channel through the valve, and generate a negative pressure on part of suction channels of the protruding wheel, so that the fiber product suction system can be used to suck and fold paper.
