摘要： A medical implant includes a base portion configured for implantation into a bone of a patient. The base portion is formed from an electrically insulating and biocompatible base material with retaining features on an outer surface of the base portion for gripping the bone in the patient and at least two discontinuous regions formed of titanium on the outer surface.
