摘要： A cleaning device for an electrophotographic copying apparatus comprising a photosensitive medium having liquid collection grooves formed at the opposite end portions thereof, and a cleaning blade of resilient material having an edge adapted to bear against the surface of the photosensitive medium. The cleaning blade has projections formed at the opposite ends thereof so that when the blade is brought to its cleaning position, the inner side walls of the projections thereof may keep liquid-tight contact with the inner side walls of the liquid collection grooves. Thus, relative sliding movement between the blade and the photosensitive medium removes any amount of developing liquid remaining of the surface of the photosensitive medium after an image transfer has been completed.
