摘要: A wireless device receives a downlink control information (DCI) comprising a first field indicating a transition of a cell to a dormant state and a second field indicating a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback timing. The wireless device transmits, in response to the DCI indicating the transition and via a physical uplink control channel resource, a positive acknowledgement of a reception of the DCI at a time interval based on the HARQ feedback timing.

摘要: A wireless device may determine that a reference signal associated with a first control resource set (coreset) pool index overlaps in time with a downlink signal associated with a second coreset pool index. Based on the first coreset pool index and the second coreset pool index being the same, the wireless device may receive the reference signal with a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state of the downlink signal.

摘要: In some embodiments, a wireless device transmits a first preamble via a cell. The wireless device receives a downlink grant for a random access response. The wireless device determines a failure to receive the random access response. Based on the failure and a time alignment timer of the cell, the wireless device determines an uplink signal, for transmission via the cell, as one of a second preamble and a negative acknowledgement. The wireless device transmits the uplink signal.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising configuration parameters. The configuration parameters indicate a first secondary cell (SCell) group comprising one or more first cells and a second SCell group comprising a plurality of second cells. The wireless device activates, in a non-dormant state, the one or more first cells and the plurality of second cells. In response to receiving a downlink control information indicating transitioning the first SCell group to a dormant state, the wireless device transitions the one or more first cells to the dormant state and maintains the plurality of second cells in the non-dormant state.

The wireless device monitor, during the first time window, a downlink channel for a second random access response to the first message. The wireless device determines a failure to receive the second random access response during the first time window. The wireless device transmits a second message comprising a second preamble in response to the failure.

In response to the number of the cells being greater than a maximum number that a beam failure recovery medium-access control control element (BFR MAC CE) accommodates, the wireless device may select one or more cells of the cells based on an ascending order of cell indexes of the cells. The wireless device may transmit the BFR MAC CE comprising a candidate reference signal index or a reserved bit for each of the one or more cells.

摘要: A wireless device transmits a first message comprising a preamble and a transport block. The wireless device receives, during a time window, a first downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a response to the first message. The first DCI indicates a first transmit power control (TPC) command value. A decoding failure of the response and an expiry of a timing alignment timer is determined. The wireless device receives, based on the determining and during the time window, a second DCI rescheduling the response. The second DCI indicates a second TPC command value. The wireless device selects, based on a decoding success of the response rescheduled by the second DCI, the second TPC command value as a transmit power adjustment value among the first TPC command value and the second TPC command value. The wireless device transmits a feedback using a transmit power determined based on the transmit power adjustment value.
