A first plurality of cutting elements may be disposed along rotationally leading faces of the plurality of blades. A pocket may be formed within a blade, and the pocket may extend angularly into the blade from a rotationally leading face of the blade within a shoulder region of the blade. A second plurality of cutting elements may be disposed within the at least one pocket. A ratio of a cutting profile height of the earth-boring tool and a diameter of the earth-boring tool may be within a range of about 0.15 and about 0.25. A rotational pathway of at least one cutting element of the second plurality of cutting elements may at least partially overlaps with another rotational pathway of at least one cutting element of the first plurality of cutting elements.
