摘要： A food preparation apparatus, in particular a cooktop apparatus, having a sensor unit which is provided in order to receive image data of a preparation region, having an additional sensor unit which is provided in order to receive additional image data of the preparation region and having a control unit for analyzing the image data. In order to increase user convenience and to achieve precise replication of a food preparation process, according to the invention the control unit is provided in order to also analyze, in at least one operating state, in addition to the image data formed as 3D image data, the additional image data in order to generate a digital twin of a situation in the preparation region, in particular of a food preparation process in the preparation region.
