Abstract: Provided are a pixel circuit, a drive method, and a display device. The pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, a drive circuit, an energy storage circuit, a switch control circuit, a first initialization circuit, and a compensation control circuit. The switching control circuit controls a first voltage terminal to be connected to a second end of the energy storage circuit in a refresh frame and a first light-emitting phase and to control the first voltage terminal to be disconnected from the second end of the energy storage circuit in a first reset phase and a second reset phase under control of a switch control signal provided by the switch control terminal; a first initialization circuit writes a first initial voltage into the control terminal of the drive circuit under control of an initialization control signal in the first reset phase and the second reset phase.

Abstract: A display substrate includes a base substrate, and a plurality of light emitters and a plurality of light sensors over the base substrate. The light emitters and light sensors are configured to respectively emit lights towards, and sense lights reflected by, a pattern to be detected, such as a fingerprint. At least one light emitter includes a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode, sequentially over the base substrate. At least one light sensor includes a third electrode, a photosensitive layer, and a fourth electrode, sequentially over the base substrate. The first electrode and the third electrode are integral or the second electrode and the fourth electrode are integral. A method of using the display substrate to identify a pattern such as a fingerprint can be employed by a display panel containing the display substrate.

Abstract: A display panel includes: an active area; a peripheral area; a solder pad area at a side of the peripheral area away from the active area; a first source-drain electrode layer, a passivation layer and a second source-drain electrode layer and a dielectric layer stacked on a back plate in the peripheral area; a touch electrode in the active area; a touch electrode line connected to the touch electrode. The touch electrode line extends from the active area to the peripheral area, and is connected to the solder pad area through the second source-drain electrode layer in the peripheral area. The touch electrode line is connected to the second source-drain electrode layer through a first through hole in the dielectric layer. A portion of a surface of the second source-drain electrode layer, which is away from the passivation layer and exposed through the first through hole, is a flat surface.
