Abstract: An array substrate may include a dielectric layer (1), a plurality of pixel units (2) on the dielectric layer (1), auxiliary light emitting elements (3), and a fingerprint recognition layer (4) on a side of the dielectric layer (1) opposite from the pixel units (2). Each of the pixel units (2) may comprise transparent display elements (21). The fingerprint recognition layer (4) may comprise fingerprint recognition elements (41). The fingerprint recognition elements (41) may be configured to receive light emitted by the auxiliary light emitting elements (3) and reflected by a touch control body (10) to identify fingerprint information.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing an OLED light emitting device, an OLED light emitting device, and an OLED display device. The method for manufacturing an OLED light emitting device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes forming a pixel defining layer on a substrate, wherein the pixel defining layer comprises a lyophilic material or a lyophobic material and the pixel defining layer comprises a plurality of openings which are spaced apart from each other; forming an anode layer on the substrate and in each opening; adding a preset solvent having a property opposite to that of the lyophilic material or the lyophobic material of the pixel defining layer in an OLED film layer ink; and ink-jet printing the OLED film layer ink on the anode layer and in each opening to form an OLED film layer.

Abstract: The present application relates to a pixel structure, a method for manufacturing the same, a display panel and a display device. The pixel structure includes a plurality of sub-pixels, each of which has a triangular shape. Sub-pixels of four different colors constitute a pixel unit. Any two sub-pixels that have the same common triangle edge have different colors. Each row and each column of sub-pixels are composed of alternately arranged upright triangle sub-pixels and inverted triangle sub-pixels. Every adjacent six columns of sub-pixels constitute a group. Each row of sub-pixels includes sub-pixels of four different colors, and each group of sub-pixels has the same arrangement. The upright triangle sub-pixels are sub-pixels of the other three different colors, and all of the inverted triangular sub-pixels are sub-pixels of the first color.

Abstract: This disclosure discloses an organic light-emitting device, a production method thereof, and a display apparatus, and belongs to the technical field of display. The organic light-emitting device comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode; a first light-emitting layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode; a spacing layer provided between the first light-emitting layer and the second electrode; and a light intensity compensation layer provided between the spacing layer and the second electrode, wherein the color of light emitted from the light intensity compensation layer is the same as that of the first light-emitting layer, and when a recombination area of electrons and holes in the first light-emitting layer moves, the light intensity compensation layer limits the recombination area in the light intensity compensation layer and compensates the light intensity of the first light-emitting layer.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing an array substrate includes: forming a pixel defining layer having a plurality of accommodating wells over a substrate, and forming a hydrophobic material layer over the pixel defining layer. A side wall of each accommodating well comprises a hydrophilic side surface. The hydrophilic side surface is partially covered by the hydrophobic material layer to thereby form an overlapped region having a hydrophobic outer surface and an exposed region having a hydrophilic outer surface. The overlapped region is on a side of the exposed region distal to the substrate. The array substrate manufactured thereby allows an organic functional layer to be evenly fabricated in each accommodating well of the pixel defining layer via inkjet printing.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method of manufacturing a display substrate. The method includes: forming a first electrode layer on a substrate, the first electrode layer including a plurality of first electrodes arranged in an array; performing a surface treatment on the plurality of first electrodes, such that an affinity of a surface of each of the plurality of first electrodes gradually increases from a central portion of the surface to a peripheral portion of the surface around the central portion, or the affinity of the central portion of the surface is less than the affinity of the peripheral portion of the surface; and forming a light emitting functional layer on the surfaces of the plurality of first electrodes subjected to the surface treatment. Embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a display substrate, a display panel, and a mask.

Abstract: A laminated Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) display panel and a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The laminated OLED display panel includes: a pixel partition layer, which defines a plurality of openings; a first charge generate layer, which has a first doping type, being positioned on the pixel partition layer; and a second charge generate layer, which has a second doping type, being positioned on the first charge generate layer. The laminated OLED display panel further includes: a barrier layer, which is positioned between the first charge generation layer and the second charge generation layer and at least corresponds to a position of the pixel partition layer.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for detecting presence of attenuation in the OLED device are provided. The apparatus for detecting presence of attenuation in the OLED device includes: a difference function construction circuit, an integrating circuit, a comparing circuit and a determining circuit. The method for detecting presence of attenuation in the OLED device includes: constructing a first light brightness difference function and a second light brightness difference function before and after aging, integrating the first function and the second function, comparing two integrals, and determining whether or not intrinsic attenuation is present in a light emitting material of a light emitting layer in the OLED device. The apparatus for detecting presence of attenuation in the OLED device is configured for executing the method for detecting presence of attenuation in the OLED device.
