    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a detector substrate and a flat panel detector, the detector substrate includes a substrate base and detector pixel units on the substrate base, each detector pixel unit includes: a driver circuit; a photoelectric conversion device disposed on a side, away from the substrate base, of the driver circuit, the photoelectric conversion device including at least two photoelectric conversion structures connected in series, a bottom electrode of a first photoelectric conversion structure being electrically connected with the driver circuit, and a top electrode of an nth photoelectric conversion structure being electrically connected with a bottom electrode of an (n+1)th photoelectric conversion structure, with n being greater than or equal to 1; and a bias voltage line on a side of the photoelectric conversion device away from the substrate base, the bias voltage line being electrically connected to a top electrode of a last photoelectric conversion structure.

    Abstract: A display substrate, including: a base substrate. The base substrate includes a display region, and the display region is provided with a plurality of sub-pixels and a conductive protective structure. At least one sub-pixel among the plurality of sub-pixels includes: a light-emitting element and a driving circuit that drives the light-emitting element to emit light. The light-emitting elements and the conductive protective structure are located on the side of the driving circuit away from the base substrate. The conductive protective structure includes at least one conductive part, and the at least one conductive part is located at an interval between respective light-emitting parts of light-emitting elements of at least two adjacent sub-pixels. The conductive protective structure is electrically connected to a signal terminal, and is configured to reduce carrier transmission between adjacent sub-pixels.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a detection substrate, including: a base substrate, detection pixel units arranged in an array on the base substrate, where each detection pixel unit includes: a thin film transistor and a photoelectric conversion part located on a side of the thin film transistor, and a bias voltage line is arranged on a side of the photoelectric conversion part. The thin film transistor includes: an active layer, a first electrode and a second electrode, and the active layer including a channel region. At least one dielectric layer is provided between the photoelectric conversion part and the bias voltage line, and is formed with a first via hole therein, and at least part of an orthographic projection of the channel region on the base substrate is located within an orthographic projection of the first via hole on the base substrate. A flat panel detector is further provided.
