    Abstract: An organic light-emitting device, a manufacturing method and a display device are provided. The organic light-emitting device includes: a first electrode and a second electrode that are arranged oppositely; at least two light-emitting layers located between the first electrode and the second electrode, the at least two light-emitting layers include a first light-emitting layer and a second light-emitting layer that are stacked alternately. The first light-emitting layer is a blue light-emitting layer, the first light-emitting layer is doped with a first dopant material, and the second light-emitting layer is doped with a second dopant material. The first dopant material includes a blue light-emitting material with triplet-triplet annihilation effect, and the triplet energy level of the first dopant material is higher than the triplet energy level of the second dopant material.

    Abstract: The display substrate includes: a base substrate including sub-pixel regions with opening regions and non-opening regions; light-emitting devices each including a first electrode, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode; a first light extraction layer between a light-emitting layer and a second electrode; and a second light extraction layer on the side of the second electrode away from the first light extraction layer. The first light extraction layer is provided in at least part of a non-opening region, and the refractive index of the first light extraction layer is greater than the refractive index of the second electrode. An orthographic projection of the second light extraction layer on the base substrate completely covers an orthographic projection of the first light extraction layer on the base substrate, and the refractive index of the second light extraction layer is greater than the refractive index of the second electrode.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a light emitting device including: a first electrode; a first light emitting layer on a side of the first electrode; an N-type charge generation layer on a side of the first light emitting layer distal to the first electrode; a P-type charge generation layer on a side of the N-type charge generation layer distal to the first light emitting layer; a second light emitting layer on a side of the P-type charge generation layer distal to the N-type charge generation layer; and a second electrode on a side of the second light emitting layer distal to the P-type charge generation layer. The N-type charge generation layer includes a host material which has a lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy level less than or equal to −2.9 and a glass transition temperature greater than 130° C.
