The organic light-emitting diode includes an anode; a hole injection layer; a hole transport layer; an electron blocking layer; an organic luminescent layer; a hole blocking layer; an electron transport layer; and a cathode, wherein a first composite layer is provided between the electron blocking layer and the organic luminescent layer, and the first composite layer includes a material of the electron blocking layer and a host material of the organic luminescent layer.

The first sub luminescent layer (3031) is composed of a luminescent host material (Host), a luminescent object material (Dopant), and a hole trapping material (Trap). The second sub luminescent layer (3032) is composed of the luminescent host material (Host) and the luminescent object material (Dopant).

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a blue organic light-emitting diode. The blue organic light-emitting diode comprises a hole transport layer, a co-evaporation layer, a blue light-emitting auxiliary layer, a blue light-emitting layer, and an electron transport layer which are sequentially stacked. A material of the co-evaporation layer includes a mixture of a material of the hole transport layer and a material of the blue light-emitting auxiliary layer. The present disclosure also provides a display device. The display device has a good display effect under a low gray scale.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an organic light emitting diode (OLED) substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The OLED substrate includes: a base substrate; a pixel defining layer on the base substrate, the pixel defining layer including pixel defining patterns for defining sub-pixel units, each sub-pixel unit being defined between adjacent two of the pixel defining patterns; and an organic light emitting layer on a side of the pixel defining layer away from the base substrate, the organic light emitting layer including a first portion in each sub-pixel unit and a second portion on each pixel defining pattern. Each pixel defining pattern is provided with a groove structure therein, and part of the second portion of the organic light emitting layer in the groove structure and the other part of the second portion of the organic light emitting layer are spaced apart from each other.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device includes a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, an electron blocking layer and a second electrode. A material of the light-emitting layer includes a host material and a trap material. A lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy level of the trap material is lower than a lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy level of the host material, a highest occupied molecular orbital energy level of the trap type material is not higher than a highest occupied molecular orbital energy level of the host material, and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy level of the trap material is lower than a lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy level of the electron blocking layer. The first electrode, the light-emitting layer, the electron blocking layer and the second electrode are stacked in sequence.
