    Abstract: A stacked organic light-emitting diode, a display device and a manufacturing method of a stacked organic light-emitting diode are disclosed. A stacked organic light-emitting diode includes at least two light-emitting units in a stacked arrangement and a charge generation layer disposed between the adjacent light-emitting units, wherein the charge generation layer includes a first material layer, an electron injection layer disposed on the first material layer and a second material layer disposed on the electron injection layer. By means of said stacked organic light-emitting diode and manufacturing method thereof, it can achieve excellent electron injection effect, even in the case of manufacturing an inverted-type stacked organic light-emitting diode (the lower electrode is a cathode).

    Abstract: An OLED display device includes a substrate and an OLED display units formed on the substrate, in which n is an integer which is greater than 1. The OLED display unit comprises: a first electrode, a first functional layer, a second electrode, a second functional layer, and a first light-emitting layer and a second light-emitting layer disposed between the first functional layer and the second functional layer; the first functional layer is disposed above the first electrode and the second functional layer is disposed below the second electrode, or, the first functional layer is disposed below the first electrode and the second functional layer is disposed above the second electrode. Wherein, the first light-emitting layer and the second light-emitting layer are disposed side by side in a horizontal direction, and, each of the light-emitting layers corresponds to at least two sub-pixels in the OLED display unit.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose an organic electroluminescent display device and a display apparatus. The display device includes: a base substrate, and a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer and a second electrode arranged sequentially on the base substrate, the organic light emitting layer includes a first light emitting sub-layer and a second light emitting sub-layer arranged in stack, the first light emitting sub-layer having a coverage area less than that of the second light emitting sub-layer; a connecting layer is formed by an electron-transporting material and provided between the first light emitting sub-layer and the second light emitting sub-layer; and projection areas of a pattern of the connecting layer and the first light emitting sub-layer on the base substrate are overlapped with each other. It may suppress abnormal color of light from the organic light emitting layer and improve the luminescence efficiency of the display device.
