    Abstract: In one embodiment, a medical system includes a catheter device configured to be inserted into a cardiac chamber of a living subject, and including a plurality of electrodes, at least one of the electrodes being configured to sense intracardiac electrograms (IEGMs), wireless communication circuitry configured to wirelessly receive pacing data based on at least one pacing parameter; and a signal generator configured to generate a pacing signal responsively to the received pacing data and apply the pacing signal to one of the electrodes.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for electrophysiological assessment, including acquiring electrical signals from tissue at locations in a heart chamber and a computer processor automatically deriving from the electrical signals annotations indicative of times within a heart cycle at which a conduction wave traversed the locations. The method includes receiving an input from a processor user indicating, for a first location in the tissue where the electrical signals include a double-potential signal, a first annotation as a valid annotation. The processor automatically identifies second locations, within a predefined distance from the first location, where the electrical signals include double-potential signals, each having two respective annotations. The method further includes the processor automatically selecting, in response to the selection of the first annotation, one of the two respective annotations as the valid annotation at each of the second locations and displaying the valid annotations on an electroanatomical map of the heart.

    Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes receiving first intracardiac signals including first far-field components captured by at least one first sensing electrode of a first catheter, the at least one sensing electrode being in contact with tissue of a cardiac chamber of a first living subject, and at least one far-field signal captured from at least one far-field electrode inserted into the cardiac chamber and not in contact with the tissue of the cardiac chamber, training a neural network to remove far-field components from intracardiac signals responsively to the first intracardiac signals and the at least one far-field signal, receiving second intracardiac signals captured by at least one second sensing electrode of a second catheter inserted into a cardiac chamber of a second living subject, and applying the trained neural network to the second intracardiac signals to remove respective second far-field components from the second intracardiac signals.

    Abstract: A catheter calibration system includes a calibration chamber, a receiver and a processor. The calibration chamber is configured to generate a calibration magnetic field that oscillates at a first frequency. The calibration chamber includes a cavity for inserting a distal end of a catheter having one or more magnetic-field sensors. The receiver is configured to be connected to the catheter, to receive from the catheter one or more signals, which are generated by the one or more magnetic-field sensors in response to the calibration magnetic field, and to convert the one or more signals into one or more respective intermediate frequency (IF) signals having a second frequency that is lower than the first frequency. The processor is configured to receive the one or more IF signals from the receiver and to calculate catheter navigation calibration data from the one or more IF signals.
