摘要： The present invention provides a multi-compartment hydrogel, and a sulfated polysaccharide and at least two bioactive polypeptides capable of binding said sulfated polysaccharide, for use in repair or regeneration of a damaged tissue in a mammal. Also provided is a method for constructing the multi-compartment hydrogel. The present invention also provides a method for the repair or regeneration of a damaged tissue in a mammal, and a kit for constructing a multi-compartment hydrogel.
