    Abstract: The present invention provides a high frequency transmission cable which includes at least one conductor, an insulating layer, a polyolefin resin layer, and a shielding layer. The at least one conductor is covered with the insulating layer. The polyolefin resin layer is coated on an external surface of the insulating layer by a low-k dielectric adhesive layer, and the shielding layer is coated on an external surface of the polyolefin resin layer by another low-k dielectric adhesive layer, wherein the low-k dielectric adhesive layers have a dielectric constant (Dk) less than 3 and a dissipation factor (Df) less than 0.01. Whereby, the high frequency transmission cable can provide high frequency data transmission quality, and can meet the requirement of miniaturization.

    Abstract: A power plug including an insulation main body is provided. A first pillar and a second pillar arranged at the insulation main body. Only a first channel for inserting a first plug terminal is defined on the first pillar and multiple second channels for inserting second plug terminals are defined on the second pillar. A power receptacle including an insulation base is provided. A first slot and a second slot respectively corresponding to the first pillar and the second pillar are defined at the insulation base. Only a first receptacle terminal is inserted in the first slot. Multiple second receptacle terminals arranged at interval and parallel with each other are inserted in the second slot. The first receptacle terminal and the second receptacle terminals are arranged in a row. The power plug and the power receptacle are thereby limited to correctly couple.

    Abstract: A busbar connector includes a housing, two terminal sets, and a plurality of cables. The housing includes two upright portions, and the two upright portions are opposite to each other and jointly form the socket. The two terminal sets are inserted into the housing. Each of the terminal sets includes at least one power terminal. The at least one power terminal includes a contact portion, a fixing portion, and a crimping portion. The fixing portion is connected between the contact portion and the crimping portion. The plurality of cables are arranged in a single row, and one end of the plurality of cables is fixedly connected to the crimping portion. The crimping portion has a cross section that is perpendicular to an extending direction of the plurality of cables, and an aspect ratio of the cross section is greater than or equal to 3.

    Abstract: A power connector includes an insulated housing and at least one electrical terminal assembly. The insulated housing has at least one terminal receiving hole. The at least one electrical terminal assembly is inserted in the at least one terminal receiving hole. Each electrical terminal assembly has an inner terminal, and an outer terminal. Each inner terminal has a connecting section, and an elastic section connected to the connecting section. Each outer terminal has a conductive portion, a leg portion arranged at one end of the conductive portion, and a curve portion arranged between the conductive portion and the leg portion. The leg portion is exposed outside of the insulated housing. The connecting section of the inner terminal is fixedly connected to the conductive portion of the outer terminal. The present disclosure further has an electrical terminal assembly.

    Abstract: A probe-type connector includes an insulating body having a receiving space and a plugging slot which both communicate with each other, a probe set received in the receiving space and including a probe terminal, an insulating part, and an elastic part, and a connecting plate plugged into the insulating body corresponding to the plugging slot and having a connecting portion. The probe terminal has a connecting segment, and a flexible connecting arm extending from the connecting segment toward the plugging slot. The insulating part is connected between the connecting segment and the elastic part that enables the insulating part and the probe terminal to reciprocate in the receiving space. The flexible connecting arm is electrically connected to the connecting portion. Therefore, the probe terminal can transmit electrical signals directly to the connecting plate, which can be applied to the transmission of high-frequency signals or electrical energy.

    Abstract: A flexible flat cable for transmitting high-frequency signals includes an inner flat cable and a pair of shielding composite layers, which are divided into a main section, two connecting sections, and two sealing sections. The inner flat cable is disposed in the main section, and includes a plurality of conductors, an insulated glue layer, a pair of insulated partition layers and a pair of metallic shielding layers. The pair of insulated partition layers are disposed at two sides of the conductors and are affixed oppositely. The pair of metallic shielding layers are disposed at outer sides of the pair of insulated partition layers. Each shielding composite layer has a width larger than a width of the inner flat cable, and includes an outer shielding layer and a conductive glue layer having one part affixed to the inner flat cable and another part affixed to each other.

    Abstract: The instant disclosure relates to a high frequency signal transmission device which includes an insulation cover, at least one flexible flat cable, and an electrical connector assembly. The insulation cover has an accommodation space, the at least one flexible flat cable is disposed in the accommodation space, and the electrical connector assembly is electrically connected to one end of the at least one flexible flat cable. The at least one flexible flat cable includes a plurality of conductors, an insulation layer, a polyolefin resin layer, and a shielding layer. The insulation layer is laminated over the conductors. The polyolefin resin layer is attached to the insulation layer by a first low-k dielectric adhesive layer, and the shielding layer is attached to the polyolefin resin layer by another first low-k dielectric adhesive layer.
