Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to user interfaces for breathing sequences. In some examples, a device displays a configuration user interface that comprises a prompt to select a number of cycles of a breathing sequence, adjusts the number of cycles of the breathing sequence to the selected number of cycles in response to selection, and initiates a breathing phase of the breathing sequence. In some examples, the device displays and fluctuates a progress indicator in accordance with the selected number of cycles. In some examples, a device detects a time associated with a first breathing sequence, generates a prompting criteria based on a predetermined prompting frequency and the detected time, determines if the prompting criteria has been met, displays a prompt to initiate a second breathing sequence, wherein the prompt comprises a first affordance, and displays a second breathing sequence user interface in response to selection of the first affordance.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to user interfaces for breathing sequences. Abstract: A device includes a touch-sensitive display, one or more processors, and memory storing one or more programs including instructions for receiving data from an external device representing user input received over a duration of time at the external device. The programs may include instructions for determining whether the electronic device is actively executing an application for playback. The programs may further include instructions for in accordance with a determination that the electronic device is not actively executing an application for playback: displaying an indication of the receiving of the data; and displaying an affordance, wherein the affordance when selected launches the application for playback and causes the electronic device to playback the received data according to the duration of time of the user input.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and processes for limiting notifications on an electronic device. In one example process, data representing a user input can be received by an electronic device. The data representing the user input can include touch data from the touch-sensitive device, ambient light data from an ambient light sensor, intensity data from a contact intensity sensor, and/or motion data from one or more motion sensors. Based on the data, it can be determined whether the user input is a cover gesture over a touch-sensitive display of the electronic device. In response to determining that the user input is a cover gesture over the touch-sensitive display, the electronic device can be put into a DND mode for a predetermined amount of time. While in the DND mode, the electronic device can cease to output some or all notifications.

The memory may include programs for, in response to receiving the first input, updating the visual appearance of the affordance to represent the second contact among the plurality of contacts, and the memory also may include programs for, after updating the visual appearance of the affordance, updating display of the affordance to an add contact affordance, where the add contact affordance was not displayed prior to detecting the second input corresponding to the selection of the object that is not associated with any contact. Further, the memory may include programs for displaying a user interface for adding a contact upon selection of the add contact affordance.
