Abstract: A graphical user interface (GUI) is presented that allows a user to view and interact with content embedded in a digital book, such as text, image galleries, multimedia presentations, video, HTML, animated and static diagrams, charts, tables, visual dictionaries, review questions, three-dimensional (3D) animation and any other known media content, and various touch gestures can be used by the user to move through images and multimedia presentations, play video, answer review questions, manipulate three-dimensional objects, and interact with HTML.

Abstract: Techniques are provided for hand drawing an animation motion path for an object to follow on a graphical user interface (GUI). The motion path may be drawn with a user's finger or drawing device, such as an Apple Pencil®, by selecting a drawing tool (e.g., a freehand tool and/or straight line tool). A new motion path may be added to an existing motion path, such that the new motion path is an extension of the existing motion path. The new motion path may also be added to an end point of an existing motion path, such that the new motion path is a different segment of a motion path and is associated with a new key frame. A motion path segment may be split into additional segments with new key frames, reshaped using editing points, redrawn, and/or deleted from the overall motion path.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to providing live video. An example method includes, at a computer system, while in an editing mode for a presentation, receiving, via one or more input devices, a request to insert an object onto a first slide of the presentation, wherein the request includes associating the object with a source for live video; and while in a presentation mode for the presentation, displaying, via a display generation component, the first slide including concurrent display of the object and one or more visual elements, wherein: in accordance with a determination that the object is associated with a camera, the object includes a live video stream from the camera; and in accordance with a determination that the object is associated with a non-camera external device, the object includes a live video stream that mirrors a portion of a display of the non-camera external device.
