Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed which facilitate management and monitoring of page-level usage data. Specifically, a client computing device may retrieve content from a remote system for local display. A local interaction monitoring component may monitor local interaction with the content, and transmit local interaction information to the remote system. In one embodiment, interaction may be monitored with regard to predefined portions of the content. In another embodiment, interaction may be transmitted to the remote server for processing, in order to generate page-level usage data. In still more embodiments, page level-usage data may be processed or formatted in order to facilitate ease of retrieval and display. In yet more embodiments, the remote system may enable clients, such as administrators, to view aggregate page-level usage data why viewing a corresponding content.

Abstract: A client sends a request for access to a webpage and receives a cookie and code to obtain data about the client in response to the request. The cookie may be cryptographically secured and contain first data about the client. The client subsequently sends a second request with the cookie to access the same webpage. Any additional information about the client, received in the second request, is then compared with the first data about the client obtained from the cookie to determine whether anomalous activity exists in connection with the client. That is, data about the client is compared to previous client activity history to determine whether there were any anomalous activity and the result of the comparison indicates whether the client is trustworthy.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed which detect unresponsive interactions with display pages. Specifically, a client computing device may retrieve display pages from a remote computing system for local display. A local interaction monitoring component may monitor local interactions with the display pages, identify those interactions that did not produce a change in the display page as unresponsive interactions, and transmit unresponsive interaction information to the remote computing system. The remote system may aggregate the unresponsive interaction information to determine unresponsive elements of the display page and modify page templates associated with the unresponsive elements to reduce unresponsive interactions.

Specifically, a client computing device may retrieve display pages from a remote computing system for local display. A local interaction monitoring component may monitor local interactions with the display page, and identify those interactions with the display pages that did not produce a change in the display page as unresponsive interactions. Unresponsive interactions are monitored to determine whether a cluster of unresponsive interactions is formed around an interactive element and the size of the active area of the interactive element is increased.
