摘要: The invention relates to a device for cutting a base web with a separating device as well as a corresponding method, where the separating device can cut a base web into individual bases which can be guided under a fresh product. The separating device comprises a knife device and a counter cutting device, each of which comprise at least two cutting edges. 摘要: A device and a method for providing a product stream with mutually aligned food products on product substrates are described According thereto, a first conveyor belt for the supply transport and mutual transverse alignment of the food products to each other, a second conveyor belt that adjoins in the direction of transport at a gap-shaped belt transition and can be controlled separately for the discharge transport and mutual longitudinal alignment of the food products to each other, and a substrate placement device for supplying the product substrates from below through the belt transition in front of/under the food products that are respectively transported across the belt transition. This enables the alignment and substrate placement in a particularly compact and reliable configuration at a single belt transition.

摘要: A belt conveyor comprises a belt with a drive roller, a deflection roller that can be adjusted relative thereto upwardly and/or downwardly, and an upper run extending therebetween for transporting the food products. The belt conveyor comprises a deflection element arranged between the drive roller and the deflection roller and configured for adjustment in the direction of transport. The upper and/or the associated lower run of the belt transitions from a first longitudinal section running in the direction of transport to a second longitudinal section tilted relative thereto when the deflection roller has been adjusted. The second longitudinal section can be quickly tilted and flexibly adapted to the dimensions of the food products and their transport distances inbetween.
