    摘要: The present invention relates generally to the field of registers (class 235) and more specifically relates to a laminated time tracking device system (subclass 488) and the method to make it. The invention is a novel label designed in different layers (laminated) to keep track of time. The inventor commonly refers to the apparatus for preventing objects from falling into a ridge hole as the: “Time Label “T-Label”. The T-Label disclosed in the instant application addresses the problem of communicating to a user an effective expiration date of a perishable good by providing a laminated structure comprising a bottom layer, a reactive layer, a sacrificial layer, a top layer, and a protecting layer; all assembled together. One of the novel aspects of the time tracking label disclosed in the present application is that it tracks the shelf life of a perishable good by looking at the Oxygen Transmission Rate (OTR) of the specific medium in which is stored thus providing a specific signal if a good has been oxidized rather than a “conventional” not verifiable expiration date.

    摘要: They object of the present invention is an TIME MANAGEMENT SYSTEM that integrates a static barcode together with a TIME VARIABLE label referred as TIME VALUE BAR or TVB. The TVB is then linked via a database to product information that vary with time such as useful shelf life, remaining shelf life, price, identity, and expiration of the article. The information is input, stored, linked, output, and managed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU), but it is also partially available to the public via the TVB. In one of the preferred embodiments of the invention the variable bar code system is compatible with the Universal Product Code (UPC) currently in use in most retail shops. In another embodiment the TIME VALUE BAR of the present invention relates a 3D barcode with a VARIABLE TIME label effectively adding a fourth dimension to the barcode thus becoming a 4D barcode system.

    摘要: An improved material packaging system having a plurality of nested liners that are removably attached to each other to form a unitary liner structure. A receptacle having a first attachment device for detachably securing the unitary liner structure to the receptacle is set forth. The unitary liner structure has a second attachment device for detachably securing the second attachment device to the first attachment device of the receptacle. Each of the liners has a pull grip for gripping the liner to remove the liner from the unitary liner structure and perforations disposed between the pull grip and the second attachment device for tearing the liner when a tearing force is applied thereto. An uppermost liner of the plurality of liners can thus be removed from the unitary liner structure without substantially disturbing the positioning of underlying liners by gripping and pulling the pull grip of the uppermost liner to apply the tearing force to the perforations of the uppermost liner. The second attachment device extends around an entire circumference of the unitary liner structure and can be a drawstring. The second attachment device can be a sheath for retaining the drawstring. Both the sheath and the drawstring extending around an entire circumference of the unitary liner structure as well as the perforations being disposed in a line are also taught.

The angle between adjacent blades is adjustable to provide for greater strength and stability at smaller angles, i.e., more blades per linear foot of the shutter, at smaller angles, and larger angles using fewer blades per linear foot for shutters, such as smaller width shutters which would require fewer blades per linear foot. The shutter can use either pulleys or direct mechanical drive mechanisms. The pulley systems or direct mechanical drive mechanisms can be powered by an installed electrical motor, a portable motor, or a hand crank for shutters of smaller size or to back up the installed electrical motor in case of power failure or motor failure.

    摘要: A sensor leak monitor device that consists of well known elements arranged in a novel manner such that it can detect an involuntary consumption and alert a person when such is occurring. A pressure gage coupled with a timing device measures in a constant manner the internal pressure of a pipe and establishes a reference pressure. Upon the opening of any outlet of the network, the measured pressure will fall below this reference pressure value. If the measured pressure does not return to the reference pressure value within a stipulated time, it would be safe to assume that involuntary consumption is happening. Temperature is monitored and reported whenever it reaches a very low or freezing level. The device provides for audio and visual alerts to bring about the correction of the involuntary situation.

    摘要: A device for relieving congestion in restricted nasal passages, by the dilation thereof with an internal prosthesis placed within the nasal passages of an individual. This prosthesis comprises an adjustable bow having a pair of appendages extending from each end thereof. A separate tensioning element engages complimentary features on/in the bow to limit flexure thereof, and thereby provide a counterforce to bending of the bow. Accordingly, when the bow is flexed or bent, the extent of flex or bending of the bow is constrained by the tensioning element. The combined effect of the natural recoil of the resilient bow from the distended to flat position, combined with the counter forces imparted to the bow by the tensioning element, causes each appendage on the end of the bow to exert a constant pressure within each nasal passage to maintain such passages in a relatively open position.
