摘要: Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to pictograms as digitally recognizable tangible controls. According to one aspect disclosed herein, a user system can include a processing component and a memory component. The memory component can include instructions of a pictogram digitization module. The user system can capture, via a camera component, an image containing a pictogram that is a digitally recognizable tangible manifestation of a digital control. The user system can determine, via the pictogram digitization module, the digital control associated with the pictogram. The user system can implement, via the pictogram digitization module, the digital control. The digital control can include a digital content, an action, or a context. The user system can create, via the pictogram digitization module, a digital interface that includes the digital control. In some embodiments, the pictogram includes a formal pictogram. In other embodiments, the pictogram includes an informal pictogram.

摘要: This disclosure describes a solution to enable more useful and responsive methods for a person's wishes for resuscitation actions to be canceled or discontinued in the event of a medical event. In this solution, a person can record their do not resuscitate (DNR) wishes with more specificity. For instance, they can specify conditions for treatment or non-treatment in the event of a medical emergency that would otherwise call for live-saving procedures or the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) device. Conditional DNR data can be recorded in an electronic device (e.g., emergency pendant or smart watch, or in an electronic device) implanted within or on the person's body. This data can also be stored in a database accessible via a network.

The audio presented with the experience can be from a real-time capture, an audio file captured in the past, and/or a simulated audio file representing an estimated past or future environment.

Once identified, data and content related to the event can be collected and stored in a database. This data and content can be used to offer future virtual reality (VR) experiences and content. A person can be equipped with a smart device such as a smartphone, smart watch, or other wearable that can further be equipped with a tracking app that collects data from these devices and from other sources, for instance, over the internet. The tracking app can continuously collect such data and use various algorithms to make a determination as to whether the person is experiencing a meaningful life event.

An example apparatus includes at least one processor, and memory including machine readable instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to perform operations including, in response to receipt of a first network communication, retrieve a first list identifying multicast group memberships of a device existing at a first time, the first list retrieved from a storage device based on an identifier in the first network communication, the first network communication including a second list identifying multicast group memberships of the device existing at a second time later than the first time. The device is authenticated based on a comparison of the first list to the second list. A second network communication is transmitted indicating the device has been authenticated in response to the authentication.

摘要: Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to wireless network enhancements via inductance loops as antennas. According to one aspect disclosed herein, a roadside system can measure inductance of an inductance loop associated with a road. The roadside system can determine whether the inductance of the inductance loop is greater than a baseline. If the inductance of the inductance loop is greater than the baseline, the roadside system can determine that a vehicle is positioned over the inductance loop and can utilize the inductance loop to activate a roadside area network. The roadside system can connect a user device to the roadside system via the roadside area network. The roadside system can include a connection to a network via a backhaul to enable communication between the user device and the network.
