摘要: A transparent projection screen and a manufacturing method. The transparent projection screen is for receiving projection light and transmitting ambient light and comprises a first substrate layer, a Fresnel structure layer, a surface diffusion layer, a nano metal plating layer, and a binding adhesive layer. The Fresnel structure layer is disposed on the first substrate layer and comprises a prism surface. The surface diffusion layer is disposed on a portion of the prism surface. The nano metal plating layer is disposed on the surface diffusion layer. The binding adhesive layer is disposed on the nano metal plating layer and fills and levels the prism surface. The projection light passes the first substrate layer and is incident on the prism surface and then reflected thereby. The ambient light passes the binding adhesive layer, the nano metal plating layer, the surface diffusion layer and the first substrate layer, and is emitted.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a projection screen and a projection screen are provided. The method includes: preparing a substrate; under a first preparation condition, forming a reflective layer by vacuum plating above the substrate; and under a second preparation condition, forming a diffusion layer by the vacuum plating on the reflective layer. The second preparation condition is different from the first preparation condition, and a sputtering power in the second preparation condition is higher than a sputtering power in the first preparation condition.

摘要: A projection screen and a projection system are provided. The projection screen includes a microlens array layer, a filter layer, and an optical structure layer arranged sequentially from an incident side of a projection light. The microlens array layer includes microlens units. The filter layer has a predetermined transmittance and is provided with a light-transmissive hole. The optical structure layer includes an optical microstructure unit capable of reflecting the incident light. The light-transmissive hole in the filter layer is arranged on the basis of an optical axis of the microlens unit in the microlens array layer so that the light-transmissive hole is exactly located on a focal plane of the microlens unit, and the projection light is reflected by the microlens unit, and then exactly passes through the light-transmissive hole. The projection screen has a high screen gain.

摘要: A screen splicing structure is provided. The screen splicing structure includes a substrate layer, a middle adhesive layer, and a surface layer. The substrate layer includes a first substrate and a second substrate. The second substrate is spliced with the first substrate, and a seam is formed at a splicing place. The surface layer and the middle adhesive layer are stacked. The surface layer covers the seam by bonding the middle adhesive layer and the substrate layer. The peeling strength of the surface layer and the substrate layer is greater than or equal to 1,000 gf/inch. A method for forming the screen splicing structure is also provided.

摘要: A wire grid structure and a manufacturing method therefor, and a projection screen are provided. The manufacturing method includes: extruding a molten mixed material body in a melt extruder to a casting roll to form a casting piece; patterning the casting piece by means of an impression roll to form a precursor having a preset wire grid structure pattern, where the precursor is wound on the impression roll and has a first dimension in a height direction; stretching the precursor by a first group of stretching rolls and a second group of stretching rolls in two opposite directions along a direction perpendicular to the height direction to form the wire grid structure, a preset distance being configured between the first group of stretching rolls and the second group of stretching rolls. The wire grid structure has a second dimension in the height direction that is greater than the second dimension.

摘要: Provided is a projection screen. The screen includes: a base layer; a cylindrical lens layer formed on a side of the base layer close to a viewer, a Fresnel structure formed on a side of the base layer facing away from the viewer, a reflective layer formed on a side of the Fresnel structure facing away from the base layer, including reflective particles and configured to scatter and reflect, in a solid angle range corresponding to a particle size of the reflective particles, incident light incident from the Fresnel structure, to form reflected light; and a light-absorbing layer formed on a side of the reflective layer facing away from the Fresnel structure. The cylindrical lens layer includes a plurality of cylindrical lenses each having an axis perpendicular to a horizontal direction, and scatters light from the Fresnel structure to increase a viewing angle in the horizontal direction.
