Abstract: A method for a user equipment (UE) includes decoding an information element (IE) MAC-CellGroupConfig, determining that a field lch-BasedPrioritization of the IE MAC-CellGroupConfig is not configured, determining that a plurality of configured grants (CGs) overlap in time domain, each of the plurality of CGs indicative of uplink resources for allocation to a corresponding one of a plurality of CG physical uplink share channels (CG-PUSCH), causing uplink control information (UCI) to be multiplexed onto a CG-PUSCH, and selecting the CG-PUSCH with multiplexed UCI for transmission.

Abstract: Systems and methods for modularized design for inter-physical layer priority uplink control information (UCI) multiplexing are disclosed herein. A user equipment (UE) may determine a first code rate for a first portion of UCI and a second code rate for a second portion of UCI. Different code rates may be used to encode different portions of UCI (e.g., hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) bits, channel state information (CSI) reporting bits, scheduling request (SR) bits, cyclic redundancy check (CRC) bits, etc.). Further, a UE may select a group of bets offset sets based on a physical layer priority type and a UCI multiplexing type.

Abstract: A system is configured for reconfiguration of a Synchronization Signal Block (SSB) pattern. The system is configured for selecting a set of REs that are unused in the configuration for the SSB transmission, specifying a filling sequence for extending a synchronization signal or an SSB to the set of REs that are unused in the configuration of the SSB transmission, generating data including an enhanced configuration for the SSB transmission that includes the extended synchronization signal or the extended SSBs, and transmitting the SSB transmission using the enhanced configuration.

Abstract: Performing UCI multiplexing includes generating PUCCH resources Z at an L1 HP procedure and an L1 LP procedure. The L1 HP procedure and the L1 LP procedure results in a plurality of HP PUCCHs and LP PUCCHs, respectively. A modified procedure for Set Q to resources Z is performed with the plurality of HP PUCCHs and LP PUCCHs as inputs. The plurality of HP PUCCHs according to starting symbols is scanned to identify an earliest starting HP PUCCH. A PUCCH from the plurality of LP PUCCHs or HP PUCCHS that overlaps with the earliest starting HP PUCCH is collected. Inter-L1 priority multiplexing is performed on the earliest starting HP PUCCH and the collected PUCCH, which may result in a new HP PUCCH. The new HP PUCCH is inserted into the Set Q. The modified procedure is repeated until there is no overlap among the HP PUCCHs and the LP PUCCHs.
