    摘要： An electrical connector is provided, which includes: a housing having a port and an opening; an insulating body having a tongue plate formed in the housing; a plurality of conductive terminals provided on the insulating body; and a seal body formed between the tongue plate and the port. The tongue plate protrudes from the port to a region outside of the housing, such that the housing is free from enclosing the tongue plate. A seal body is provided between the tongue plate and the port to seal off the port so as to be waterproofed, without increasing the contour size of the electrical connector.

    摘要： An electrical receptacle connector includes a mount member received in a metallic shell. A tongue portion is integrally formed with a front end of the mount member. Accordingly, a grounding plate, first receptacle terminals, and second receptacle terminals that are at the front end of the mount member can be positioned. In addition, the front ends of the first receptacle terminals are held in a first surface of the tongue portion, and the front ends of the second receptacle terminals are held in a second surface of the tongue portion. Since the tongue portion and the mount member are formed integrally with each other, the first receptacle terminals, the second receptacle terminals, and the mount member can be firmly positioned with each other. Accordingly, when the connector is impacted by a foreign force, the components of the connector would not detach from each other easily.

    摘要： An electrical plug connector includes an insulated housing, a metallic shell, two terminal sets, and a circuit board. The insulated housing includes a front portion and a rear portion. The front portion extends forwardly from the rear portion, and an inside of the front portion forms a receiving cavity. The metallic shell covers the insulated housing. Each terminal set is composed with a plurality of terminals. Each terminal includes a contact portion, a retaining portion, and a soldering portion. The retaining portion is retained in the insulated housing. The soldering portion extends backwardly from the retaining portion. The soldering portions are arranged as an upper row and a lower row in symmetry, and the soldering portion is of the spring arm type. The circuit board is inserted between the upper row and the lower row of the soldering portions. The upper row and the lower row of the soldering portions clip elastically the circuit board.

    摘要： An electrical plug connector assembly has an insulative housing, a first terminal set, a second terminal set and a circuit board. The first and second terminal sets are mounted in the insulative housing. The first terminal set has multiple first conductive terminals each including a first soldering section. The second terminal set has multiple second conductive terminals each including a second soldering section. The first and second soldering sections are soldered on an identical surface of the circuit board such that only one single soldering process is required to solder all of the first and second conductive terminals to the circuit board. The production rate of the electrical plug connector assembly is therefore improved.
