摘要： An electrical plug connector assembly has an insulative housing, a first terminal set, a second terminal set and a circuit board. The first and second terminal sets are mounted in the insulative housing. The first terminal set has multiple first conductive terminals each including a first soldering section. The second terminal set has multiple second conductive terminals each including a second soldering section. The first and second soldering sections are soldered on an identical surface of the circuit board such that only one single soldering process is required to solder all of the first and second conductive terminals to the circuit board. The production rate of the electrical plug connector assembly is therefore improved.

摘要： An electrical plug connector includes a metallic shell, an insulated housing, and a grounding sheet. The insulated housing is received in a receiving cavity of the metallic shell and includes a mating room and side assembling cavities. The side assembling cavities are defined at two sides of the insulated housing and communicate with the mating room. The grounding sheet is at the insulated housing and in contact with the metallic shell. The grounding sheet includes a main body in the insulated housing, side arms extended toward the side assembling cavities from two sides of the main body, hook portions extended toward the mating room from the fronts of the side arms, and mounting legs extended from the rears of the side arms and protruded from the side assembling cavities.

摘要： An electrical receptacle connector includes a metallic shell, an insulated housing, a plurality of first receptacle terminals, a plurality of second receptacle terminals, and a rear cover plate. The insulated housing is received in the receiving cavity. The first receptacle terminals and the second receptacle terminals are respectively disposed at an upper portion and a lower portion of the insulated housing. The rear cover plate includes a baffle plate and one or more hole. The hole is formed on the surface of the baffle plate for checking tail portions of the second receptacle terminals which are formed as SMT (surface mount technology) legs. Accordingly, the soldering condition between the tail portions of the second receptacle terminals and contacts of a circuit board can be checked from the hole.

摘要： An electrical connector has a base, a terminal set, a pair of holding pieces, an insulating body and a shell. The base has two holding piece slots respectively formed in two sides of the bottom of base. The pair of holding pieces is assembled into the holding piece slots respectively. Each holding piece is C-shaped and has a notch formed in a rear end of the holding piece and serving to hold a PCB board. A front end of each holding piece is assembled into the base. Given the pair of holding pieces with an assemblable structure, the size of the holding pieces can be tailored to the requirement of customers. The shell is formed by a two-stage of drawing process to enhance overall strength of the shell to facilitate the plating process afterwards.

The rear of the upper-row plug terminals and the rear of the lower-row plug terminals respectively pass through the through holes. The buckling portion is defined at the front of the rear terminal organizer. The buckling portion is adapted to be mated and engaged with the rear assembling portion.

The metallic shell includes a tubular portion and a receiving cavity defined in the tubular portion. The insulated housing is received in the receiving cavity. The positioning plate is at the rear of the metallic shell to enclose the base portion. The positioning plate includes a plurality of legs respectively located at two sides of the base portion and extending downward from the bottom of the base portion, so that the positioning plate can be assembled with a circuit board stably.

Each of the plug terminals includes a flexible contact portion, a body portion, and a plurality of cut portions. The flexible contact portion is extending backward from the body portion in the front-to-rear direction and protruded from the insulated housing. The cut portions are at the body portion and correspond to the first groove, and the flexible contact portions respectively correspond to the second grooves.
