摘要: Approaches provide for updating information associated with points and/or objects of interest, such as businesses and other such entities. For example, an update service can analyze image data to determine visual features of a visual representation of a business. The visual features can be compared to information stored in a database. The information stored in the database can be derived from previously obtained image data that includes visual features corresponding to the business. A change in the visual representation of the business can be determined. The change might be due to, for example, a change in the business operating at that location which can result in a change in the visual appearance of the business; an update to business hours, contact information, or other information. Once the change is determined to at least a threshold amount, an event to update business information (e.g., the name of the business, contact information, images, etc.) of the business can be generated and provided to an appropriate service.

摘要: Various approaches discussed herein enable providing a virtual reality experience of trying on clothes by augmenting an image of an article of clothing so that it appears to be worn by a particular person who is represented in a separate image. The image of the person wearing a special article of clothing containing a number of gridlines is analyzed along with an image of the special article of clothing as it appears unworn. The analysis includes calculating differences in the images to determine a change in the position of the gridlines between the images, then used to generate body shape data. The body shape data is used to augment an image of a prospective article of clothing, which modified image is then combined with the image of the person wearing a special article of clothing and displayed.

摘要: Approaches provide for analyzing image data to determine and/or recognize text in the image data. The recognized text can be used to generate a search query that can be automatically submitted to a search engine without having to type the search query to identify a product (or related products) associated with the image. For example, a camera of a computing device can be used to capture a live camera view (or single images) an item. An application executing on the computing device (or at least in communication with the computing device) can analyze the image data of the live camera view to determine a set of keywords (e.g., identified text) based on visual features extracted from the image data. The keywords can be used to query an index of product titles, common search queries, among other indexed data to return a ranked list of search suggestions based on a relevance function. The relevance function can consider the ordering of the keywords to rank search suggestions more highly that contain the keywords having the same word order. Further, the relevance function can consider the confidence of the visual recognition of each keyword, the confidence of each search suggestion, customer impact, as well as other factors to determine the ranking of the search suggestions. The search suggestions can be further refined to ensure search results that the user will be more likely to view and/or purchase.
