摘要: A simulation method includes determining a relationship between stress time and a degradation rate of drain current on a basis of a table in which data of a lifetime of a transistor, or the degradation rate of the transistor, is written, and calculating an amount of change in drain current accordance with the degradation rate, using a table in which information indicating a change in the drain current, being dependent on voltage, is written, based on actually measured data of drain current of the transistor after degradation, drain current in an initial state of a particular transistor model, and the relationship between stress time and the degradation rate of drain current.

摘要: In an elevator controlling apparatus, a first suspension member and a second suspension member are fixed to a guide rail at a vertical interval. A control panel can be suspended from either a first or second suspension member. Thus, the control panel can be moved between a operation position at a first height from a bottom portion of a hoistway and a maintenance position lower than a operation position. A junction box is fixed on a hoistway wall. The junction box and the control panel are connected to each other through flexible cables.

摘要: In an elevator apparatus, a control panel is disposed below a lowermost movement position of a proximity switch projecting from a car. The control panel is mounted on a hoistway wall through a mounting bracket at a position which is overlapped by a cross-section of the proximity switch projected in the ascending and descending directions of the car. Namely, the control panel is mounted by utilizing the space below the movement range of the proximity switch. Also, a gap is present between the surface of the hoistway wall and the control panel by the mounting bracket.

摘要: The focus detecting device herein disclosed is capable of detecting the amount of direction of defocus of an objective lens. The device includes a pair of photoelectric devices each disposed optically in parallel with an optical axis of the objective lens. The pair of the photoelectric devices are positioned so as to receive the light rays passed through two portions of the objective lens, respectively. The position along the optical axis on which the image plane of the objective lens is located is detected by means of comparing two images each detected by the photoelectric device.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a focus detecting device for detecting a focusing condition of an objective lens on a focal plane by the detection of contrast of an image formed by the objective lens. The device includes an elongated biconcave cylindrical lens for forming a line image, a glass plate positioned parallelly to the cylindrical lens, and a plurality of photodiodes deposited on the opposite flat surfaces of the glass plate in arrays parallel to the axial direction of the elongated cylindrical lens such that the photodiode arrays on the opposite flat surfaces are disposed alternately in an interlaid manner. When the line image formed on the photodiodes deposited on one surface of the glass plate is front-focus condition and the line image formed on the photodiodes deposited on the other surface of the glass plate is rear-focus condition, a detector indicates that the line image formed on a plane between the opposite flat surfaces is in-focus condition.
