摘要： A blade adapter for a hacksaw is connected to the spine of the hacksaw and includes three connection portions. The hacksaw blade is connected between the engaging portion connected to the handle of the hacksaw and one of the three connection portions of the blade adapter to set the hacksaw blade at two different angular positions relative to the spine. The hacksaw blade can be set to be parallel to the spine or at an angle relative to the spine. A jabsaw blade is able to be connected to the front end of the hacksaw.

摘要： A utility knife includes a handle and an actuator pivotably secured to the rear end of the handle and served as an auxiliary handgrip. In a storage position the actuator is fastened at the bottom of the handle. The actuator is adapted to dispose about perpendicular to the handle by pivoting such that subsequently moving the actuator axially through an axial slot of the handle will extend front portions of a blade and a blade carrier out of the handle. In this position, a user can exert a greater force in cutting an object by grasping both the handle and the handgrip.

One of the housings includes a projection formed in the front portion for engaging with a depression of the other housing so as to secure the front portions of the housings together. A rod is rotatably engaged in the rear portion of one of the housings. 摘要： A box cutter includes a housing with a blade slide slidably received therein. A pivotal member is pivotably connected to of the blade slide. An inclined face is defined in one of surfaces of the pivotal member and is gradually raised. The inclined face is connected to a pressing area which has two respective rounded guide portions. A spring is connected between the pivotal member and the housing to maintain the blade slide at the initial position. A button is slidably connected to outside of the cover and a spring is connected between the button and the cover. The button is moved to move the blade slide from the initial position thereof to an extended position. When the blade is cutting a workpiece, the blade is tilt and the pivotal member is pivoted by the cover so that blade slide is retracted into the housing.
