Abstract:
An overload protection switch with reverse restart switching structure, particularly to one that has a molded-case circuit breaker which adding a lampshade parallel stagnation position for overload indication, and when resetting, needs to press back to the RESET for reconfirmation; due to the stagnation position and reverse restart structure, it can avoid repeating the reset action, preventing the reduction of the life of the overload protection switch and repeated exposure or the misjudgment and then resetting of electrical products that have been overloaded and tripped and then overload again then results in causing dangerous; also, the lampshade can be completely tripped even when the lampshade is suppressed, and prevent the danger of repeated tripping during overload.
Abstract:
A switch module of built-in anti-surge disconnection structure mainly comprises an overcurrent protection switch and has an anti-surge and disconnection structure ingeniously built inside the heat-resisting housing. The present invention comprises at least one spring, at least one band, at least one metal oxide varistor, at least one thermo-sensitive piece, and a pushing rod. When the first connecting point is contacting the second connecting point and an overvoltage occurs, the temperature of the metal oxide varistor would suddenly rise up to a pre-determined degree, causing the thermo-sensitive piece to melt, loosening the band, counterbalancing the compressing force on the spring and further displacing the pushing rod upwardly, therefore forcing the first connecting point detaching from the second connecting point and turning off the switch instantly without having the binary alloy conductive plate deformed or being displaced, so as to ensure more of electricity safety.
Abstract:
An anti-surge structure built in switches includes three metal-oxide varistors disposed in an insulating body in stair-like arrangement. The metal-oxide varistors further has an insulating band surrounding a middle metal-oxide varistor and defining four isolated insulating areas within the insulating body, so as to avoid high voltage flashover and to protect the structure from external impacts. With the stair-like arrangement, each metal-oxide varistor has a connecting area for both ends of a metal strap to be welded thereon by low-temperature solder paste. When the low-temperature solder paste are melted by heat, a compressed spring element thereof is ejected to displace a pushing element thereof and to further detach two connecting points of the structure, so as to break a circuit connected by the structure.
Abstract:
A manufacture method of a concave disc-shaped structure of bimetal strip, particularly to one that is a coaxial positioning method of the guide hole which having elastic disc-shape structure bimetal strips not affected by external stress, which having a bimetal structure which outer edge will not be damaged and does not affect by stress while inner edge pulling closed to the outer edge, it includes: a bimetal strip, a lug, and an assembling jig, having two displaceable positioning holes, and use the guiding surface to make the two positioning holes gradually turn inside to condense to the combining surface of the lugs, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate positioning and combination.

A switch module of built-in anti-surge disconnection structure mainly comprises an overcurrent protection switch and an anti-surge disconnection structure ingeniously built inside a heat-resisting housing. The switch module has a first connecting point and a second connecting point for operation. When overvoltage occurs, the temperature of at least one metal oxide varistor would instantly rise up to a degree higher than the melting point thereof, melting at least one thermo-sensitive piece, loosening at least one spring element, displacing a pushing element, and thus forcing the connecting points detaching from each other to turn off the switch and stop supplying the electricity power, so as to ensure more of electricity safety. Also, the switch module has the colloid thermo-sensitive piece directly fixing the spring element instead of having a band for fixing in the prior art, achieving an easier manufacturing process and better effectiveness of the switch module.
Abstract:
A switch module with a built-in structure of anti-surge and dual disconnection mainly comprises an overcurrent protection switch having plates and insulating elements for anti-surge and dual disconnection structure ingeniously built inside a heat-resisting housing. The switch module has a first connecting point and a second connecting point for operation. When overvoltage occurs, temperature of at least one metal oxide varistor would instantly rise up to a degree higher than the melting point thereof, melting at least one thermo-sensitive piece, loosening at least one spring element, displacing a pushing element and thus forcing the connecting points detaching from each other to turn off the switch and stop supplying electricity power; meanwhile, insulating elements would isolate conductive components such as thermo-sensitive pieces, spring elements and plates to further ensure a complete disconnection and more of electricity safety.
Abstract:
A computer apparatus and a method for distributing interrupt tasks thereof are provided. The computer apparatus has a plurality of CPUs and a chipset, and the chipset is electrically coupled to each of the CPUs. The chipset is configured for receiving an interrupt request sent from an external hardware device and judging whether or not a task type corresponding to the interrupt request has ever been performed by any one of the CPUs. If a judging result thereof is yes, the chipset assigns the interrupt request to the CPU that has ever performed the task type, so as to perform a corresponding interrupt task.
Abstract:
A overload protection switch with a reverse restart switching structure that has a seesaw lampshade provided with a protruding block which extending downward from the outside of the seesaw lampshade to ensure that the seesaw lampshade and the moving rod are accurately positioned in the ON and OFF positions in the housing to form a three-stage switching type with bidirectional positioning and forms an overload protection switch that can continuously maintain sufficient insulation distance and does not reduce the insulation distance due to fatigue decay of the binary alloy conductive plate.
