摘要： An active power filter includes an energy storage capacitor, an inverter, a filtering circuit and a controller. The inverter is controlled to act as a virtual resister at a fundamental frequency for compensating for the power loss of the active power filter, to act as a virtual capacitor at a fundamental frequency for compensating for a fundamental reactive power of the load, and/or to generate a harmonic current for suppressing the harmonic currents of specific orders of the load.

摘要： A modularized active power filter includes a control module and at least one power module. The control module automatically identifies the number of the parallel connected power modules and generates one set of PWM signals to correspondingly control the parallel connected power modules, so as to provide a final compensation current by single power module or plural power modules. Thereby, the compensation demand of a load is met. Consequently, the modularized active power filter is able to improve the flexibility of compensation capacity, shorten the time for service, be suitable for mass production, and lower the manufacturing cost.

摘要： An active type harmonic suppression apparatus, connected in parallel to a power feeder, supplies a compensation current for injecting into the power feeder such that a utility current of a power source is approached to a sinusoidal wave. The control circuit retrieves a load current, a utility current, an output current of the power converter, a power source voltage and a voltage of the dc power capacitor for calculating and sending a reference signal of compensation voltage to a pulse-width-modulation circuit which generates switching signals for the power converter. Furthermore, the harmonic suppression apparatus can provide a fixed or variable reactive power.

Consequently, the power converter has a structural configuration that reduces the number of power electronic switches, which can reduce manufacturing costs.

摘要： A hybrid reactive power compensation device comprises a passive type reactive power compensator and an active type reactive power compensator serially connected thereto. The passive type reactive power compensator is an AC power capacitor adapted to provide the reactive power that reduces capacity of the active type reactive power compensator. The active type reactive power compensator is consisted of a power converter, a DC capacitor, a high-frequency ripple filter and a controller. The hybrid reactive power compensation device can supply a linearly adjustable reactive power within a predetermined range, and the supplied current is approximated to be a sinusoidal waveform. Therefore, it can avoid the destruction of AC power capacitor caused by the power resonance.

摘要： A close loop control system includes a controlled system having a controlled variable and a control variable, a first detecting unit, a second detecting unit, and a feedback control unit. The first and the second detecting units detect the controlled system to output a first and a second feedback values corresponding to the control variable. The feedback control unit controls the controlled system according to the differential value of the first or the second feedback value and a predetermined value to stabilize the controlled variable to the predetermined value. The absolute differential value of the first and the second feedback values determines if detecting units are regular. When the absolute differential value is smaller than an error value, the controlled variable is controlled according to the first feedback value. When the absolute differential value is not smaller than the error value, the controlled variable is fixed to a fixed value.
