    摘要: The invention relates to a closure system constituted of a closure cap, preferably produced by plastic injection molding, and a container part that is provided with a mouth, likewise preferably produced from a plastic material. The closure cap can be screwed onto the container part and the system is provided with a tamper evidence mechanism that has to be actuated twice to be overcome. The aim of the invention is to improve said tamper evidence mechanism and its handling. For this purpose, the tamper evidence mechanism comprises an actuation tab having a twist-lock feature and being freely cut on the closure cap, and a counter-projection. Said counter-projection can be overcome by acting upon the actuation tab and is molded onto the container upstream of the counter-thread configured on the container part.

The closure cap includes a latching arm attached to a ring (R), which circumferentially encircles the neck of the bottle container underneath the latching projection. The length store allows the ring (R) to be flexed so that the diameter of the ring is large enough to pass over the latching projection. Furthermore, an indicator plate, which breaks away when the depressible part is depressed, can additionally render a closure tamper proof. Furthermore, the depressible part can return to its original position after the lid is lifted so that when closing the lid again, the closure cannot be opened before the depressible part is depressed again. In this embodiment an indicator plate arranged on the depressible part renders the closure tamper proof, and, furthermore, the return of the depressed part into the original position renders the closure child proof.
