摘要: The present invention provides an optical film including: a base; a first functional layer provided on one principal plane of the base via a first adhesion-improving layer; and a second functional layer that is different from the first functional layer and is provided on the other principal plane of the base via a second adhesion-improving layer. The first adhesion-improving layer contains a resin that is different from a resin contained in the second adhesion-improving layer, and the second functional layer contains a resin of the same type as the resin contained in the second adhesion-improving layer. The optical film according to the present invention achieves excellent adhesion between the respective functional layers and the base as well as excellent reflectance spectral characteristics.

摘要: To increase the heat resistance of a film capacitor, a cured article obtained by curing a mixed solution of a polyvinyl acetal having a hydroxyl group content of 10% to 38% by weight, the number of backbone carbon atoms of the polyvinyl acetal being 100 or more, and a polyisocyanate having an isocyanate content of 1% to 50% by weight is used as a dielectric resin films material arranged between first and second counter electrodes facing each other. At least the polyvinyl acetal is subjected to high-pressure homogenization in which a shearing force is applied such that a pressure applied to the polyvinyl acetal is 50 MPa or more when the material is passed through a path having a diameter of 0.125 mm and a length of 5 mm, so that the solubility is increased to allow a curing reaction to proceed uniformly. The cured article has a glass transition temperature of 130° C. or higher and a breakdown voltage of 350 V/μm or more.

摘要: An optical film according to the present invention comprises a transparent base, and an anti-reflection layer that is disposed on one main face of the transparent base. The anti-reflection layer includes a hard coating layer, and a low refractive index layer that is disposed on the hard coating layer in this order from the side of the transparent base. The hard coating layer is formed using a resin containing an ionizing radiation setting resin. The hard coating layer contains a conductive metal oxide in an amount of at least 5 wt % and at most 30 wt % with respect to the total weight of the hard coating layer. The hard coating layer is formed using a coating solution containing water in an amount of at least 0.05 wt % and at most 5.0 wt %.

摘要: An antireflection film including a polyester base 10 and an antireflection layer that is disposed on a side 10a of one principal surface of the polyester base 10 by the wet coating method. The antireflection layer includes, from a side of the polyester base 10, a hard coat layer 11 and a low-refractive index layer 12 that is disposed above the hard coat layer. The hard coat layer is provided directly on the polyester base 10, the hard coat layer contains a metal oxide, and the metal oxide is contained in a ratio of 20 vol % to 42 vol %. The present invention provides an antireflection film in which a primer layer for improving adhesion is not provided between a polyester base and a hard coat layer and the occurrence of interference fringes is suppressed, and that delivers excellent antireflection performance and exhibits high scratch resistance, and a display front plate using the antireflection film.
