    摘要: An electronic key telephone system is disclosed that provides a plurality of telephone features and functions, while only requiring a four-wire line between the central equipment and each key-set telephone (KST) and a two-wire line between the central equipment and each single-line telephone (SLT). Linear delta coding and time division multiplex (TDM) techniques are used to eliminate the multiple pairs required in traditional private business exchange (PBX) systems between the remote key telephones and the control unit. In the present system, a microprocessor controlled TDM controller transmits and receives control signals serially to and from interfaces in the system for control purposes and also for establishing exchange of digitized audio information data between selected interfaces. The system thus exchanges digitized audio information directly between interfaces and provides control signalling between the TDM controller and the interfaces, with all of the exchanges being done in real time. Among other things, the system is compatible with all types of existing central office exchange lines. The system may use combinations of single-line telephones (SLTs) or key-set telephones (KSTs). Specialized functions, such as conference calls, background music, external zone paging and night chime, as well as on-line maintenance, system configuration reprogramming, out-going telephone call control, and recordkeeping are available. To reduce complexity and increase economy, several functions in the system are time-shared, and the system is constructed in modular form to allow its capabilities to be tailored for its intended use.

    摘要: The present invention provides network management of a network or multiple networks, using a Web client, and including multimedia and hypermedia capability. The present invention provides a unified, remote, graphical, transparent interface for Web users, working at a Web client, to a variety of managed networks. The present invention receives requests from a Web client forwarded by a Web server and interacts with the managed networks and their associated objects to obtain information. The present invention then converts this information in real time to hypermedia document format in HTTP and HTML, and transmits this information to the Web client via the Web server, appearing to the client as information in a Web file. This permits a Web user to manage multiple networks and access multiple networks via a single Web client, thus providing a unification of the management interface for dissimilar managed networks, and devices.

The spectrum intelligence may be used to suggest actions to a device user or network administrator, or to automatically invoke actions in a device or network of devices to maintain desirable performance.

    摘要: The Real-Time Embedded Software Repository Apparatus fully characterizes, evaluates, and reuses real-time embedded software that is placed or stored in a repository database. The Repository System comprises at least one Repository Client and at least one Repository Server and utilizes simulation and translational techniques to allow Real Time Embedded Software (RTES) to be re-used, played, and evaluated on various desktop development environments or target operating environments. The Repository System organizes and processes Repository files as Repository Units which may comprise Software Source Files and Test Software. Repository Units also contain Attachments that provide current and historic information to static files that are stored in the Repository. The Repository Units are further characterized using analysis tools (software analysis) which allow the user to associate fixed and user defined Attributes to the RTES. A real-time embedded component (Component) provides a clear and well defined software interface to function at a high level of interaction with the RTES. Templates for both searching and displaying information in a multimedia format are also provided.
