摘要: A clutch claw applied to a clutch structure having a rotating shaft includes a claw portion, a base portion and at least two elastic portions. The base portion is opposite to the claw portion and has a peripheral edge. The claw portion and the base portion are coaxially disposed on the rotating shaft. Each elastic portion is at least partly disposed around part of the claw portion to provide elastic force. Each elastic portion has a first end and a second end. The first end is connected with the base portion and extended from the peripheral edge, the second end is connected with the claw portion, and there is at least one bent section between the first end and the second end. Therefore, the collision damage is prevented, and the impact and friction generated when the clutch claw is instantaneously rotated is avoided, thereby achieving the advantage of reducing noise.

摘要: An image capture method includes steps of providing an image capture device and a medium, performing an image-capturing operation, moving the image capture device along a first direction on the medium, judging whether the image-capturing operation is performed continuously, moving the image capture device along a second direction on the medium, moving the image capture device along a third direction on the medium, judging whether the image-capturing operation is performed continuously, moving the image capture device along a fourth direction on the medium, and finishing the image-capturing operation. Therefore, not only the number of times and the time taken by the image-capturing operation are significantly reduced and a complete image is captured, but also the position information, which is acquired by an optical mouse sensor, is provided for image synthesis, thereby enhancing the efficiency and the quality of image synthesis.

摘要: A printing platform adjusting system of a three-dimensional printer, and an adjusting method therefor are disclosed. The printing platform adjusting system includes a printhead, a supporting frame, a printing platform, a driving unit, a distance sensor, a control unit, and a parallelism adjusting set. The printing platform has a plurality of detecting points. The distance sensor is configured to detect and obtain a plurality of detected vertical height values corresponding to the detecting points. The control unit controls the driving unit to drive the printhead to move, receives the detected vertical height values from the distance sensor, and converts the detected vertical height values into a plurality of adjusted vertical height values. The parallelism adjusting set includes a plurality of adjusting and fastening units configured to adjust a degree of parallelism between the printing platform and the horizontal movement plane of the printhead according to the adjusted vertical height values.

摘要: A flame-retardant three-dimension-molded object and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The manufacturing method includes steps of: (a) providing a molded body including plural first pores and plural second pores, wherein the plural first pores communicate inward from an outer surface of the molded body, the first pores and the second pores are partially connected to each other, and a first average pore width of the first pores is greater than a second average pore width of the second pores; (b) immersing the molded body in a flame-retardant solution composed of a flame retardant and a solvent for an immersion time under a negative pressure, so that the flame-retardant solution is introduced into the plural first pores and the plural of second pores; and (c) removing the solvent contained in the plurality of first pores and the plurality of second pores, so as to obtain the flame-retardant three-dimensional-molded object.

摘要: A printer clean system includes a base, an ink stack assembly, a scraper assembly, a power transmission device and a driving device. The ink stack assembly is disposed on a first accommodation groove. The scraper assembly is disposed on a second accommodation groove. The power transmission device is connected with the driving device, the ink stack assembly, and the scraper assembly. When the power transmission device is rotated to a first angle, the ink stack assembly is brought to an ink stack clean position. When the power transmission device is rotated to a second angle, the scraper assembly is brought to a scraper clean position. When the power transmission device is rotated to a third angle, the ink stack assembly is located at an ink stack return position, and the scraper assembly is located at a scraper return position. Therefore, the pollution can be avoided.
