摘要： The present invention provides an apparatus for discharging packing material from a sample column which is capable of removing the packing material such as activated carbon from the sample column for analysis having a tube shape smoothly and more certainly, and can be suitably used in the case where the packing material thus removed is supplied to an analyzer, etc. The apparatus for discharging packing material according to the present invention comprises a discharge apparatus body (4) which is disposed concentrically to the sample column (9) held in a predetermined position, and is capable of moving close to and away from the sample column; a column positioning hub (5) which is mounted to a tip end of the discharge apparatus body to be movable forward and rearward, and biased toward the sample column (9); a push-out pin which is inserted into the discharge apparatus body (4) and the column positioning hub (5) to extend substantially along center lines of the discharge apparatus body and the column positioning hub, and allowed to relatively project from the column positioning hub when the column positioning hub (5) is moved rearward; and a vibration generating means for applying vibration to the push-out pin (6) when the push-out pin is allowed project from the column positioning hub.

摘要： An automatic tracking apparatus for use in a video tape recorder including a magnetic head mounted on a piezo-electric element. The automatic tracking apparatus includes a driving pulse generator which generates a driving pulse signal causing the piezo-electric element to drive the magnetic head. The driving pulse signal has a waveform including a jumping portion causing the magnetic head to jump from one recording track to another recording track, which generates ringing vibrations in the piezo-electric element in a change-speed reproduction mode. An inflection point is imposed on the jumping portion of the driving pulse signal waveform. The position of the inflection point is determined in accordance with the amplitude level of the ringing vibrations so as to minimize the amplitude level of the ringing vibrations.

摘要： A video signal reproducing apparatus comprises a rotary magnetic head which reproduces a video signal recorded on a magnetic tape, a rotator which rotates the rotary magnetic head to cause the same to scan the magnetic tape intermittently along a oblique path thereon, a head supporting member, such as a compound piezoelectric plate element, which supports the rotary magnetic head to rotate in accordance with the rotation of the rotator and to shift the position of the rotary magnetic head in the direction of the axis for rotation thereof in response to the level of a control signal supplied thereto, and a signal generator which produces a signal acting as the control signal in a "trick" reproducing mode and having such level variations as to cause the head supporting member to have a swinging movement in a period in which the rotary magnetic head is not in contact with the magnetic head, which affects to cancel a swinging movement of the head supporting member occuring in a period in which the rotary magnetic head scans the magnetic tape.

摘要： A chlorine analyzing apparatus includes a reaction tube of a double tube structure with an inner tube for receiving a sample and an outer tube for recovering hydrogen chloride. An electric furnace has a reaction tube insertion hole into which the reaction tube is inserted. The electric furnace is equipped with a heater disposed around the reaction tube insertion hole. A titration cell receives acetic acid as an electrolyte and subjects hydrogen chloride withdrawn from the reaction tube to coulometric titration. A deodorization tube is disposed on a rear stage side of the titration cell for thermally decomposing a vapor of acetic acid discharged from the titration cell. The deodorization tube is fitted into the electric furnace.

摘要： A helical scanning type recording/reproducing apparatus provided with a dynamic tracking head which is moved in a direction perpendicular to a recording track on a magnetic tape and which is controlled by a movement controlling unit to trace the recording track accurately. The recording/reproducing apparatus includes a control phase data memory 10 for storing tape feed phase data, a head height data memory 6 for storing head height data during tracing by the dynamic tracking head and a control signal detection circuit 4 for detecting whether or not the control signals are being reproduced. When the control signals are not being reproduced, the head height position is controlled to be a predetermined head height position, based on data stored in the control phase data memory 10, at the same time that tracking control is performed based on the data stored in the head height memory 6 and the data corresponding to the current head height position.
