    Abstract: A filter structure is provided which has a rectangular shape in plan view, and which includes a filter body, an adhesive layer and a release sheet. The filter body incudes, at its four corners, pinched portions on which the adhesive layer is not formed. Each of the pinched portions has a width defined by a distance between the outer edge of the filter body and the outer edge of the adhesive layer, and the distance is 9 mm or more and 35 mm or less. By pinching one of the pinched portions, it is possible to separate the release sheet from the filter body.

    Abstract: A non-woven fabric body (11) that forms a non-woven fabric (1) is formed by integrating composite polyester fibers (2) and flame-retardant acrylic fibers (3) which serve as the other fibers of the rest. The composite polyester fibers (2) have a core-sheath structure in which a sheath portion (4) is formed of a low melting point polyester and a core portion (5) is formed of a high melting point polyester having a higher melting point than that of the low melting point polyester. The composite polyester fibers (2) are contained in an amount of 15% to 80% by weight in a total of 100% by weight of the non-woven fabric body (11). Further, an apparent density of the non-woven fabric body (11) ((a basis weight of the non-woven fabric body)/(a thickness of the non-woven fabric body)) is 0.005 g/cm3 to 0.040 g/cm3. In addition, a bending resistance of the non-woven fabric body (11) in a flow direction of the fibers is 50 mN·cm to 220 mN·cm, and a bending resistance in a width direction that is orthogonal to the flow direction is 20 mN·cm to 140 mN·cm.

    Abstract: A filter bondable to a grille is provided. The filter is fixable alone to the grille so as not to separate therefrom without using another element such as a hook and loop fastener. The filter is constituted by a filter body and ears integrally connected to the outer edge of the filter body. The filter is bondable to the grille by bringing the filer body into abutment with the front surface of the grille, and bending the ears relative to the filter body until the ears abut against the side surface of the grille. By forming the ears at the filter, and bringing the ears into abutment with the side surface of the grille so as to be bonded thereto, it is possible to increase the attachment strength of the filter relative to the grille, compared to conventional filters each constituted by only a filter body.

    Abstract: A filter structure includes: a filter layer that has air permeability to filter passing gas; an adhesive layer formed of an adhesive on at least a part of one side of the filter layer; and a peelable sheet layer laminated on a surface of the adhesive layer, in which a to-be-cut region is set on the filter layer, and a boundary portion indicating a boundary position between the to-be-cut region and a non-cut region of the filter layer is formed on at least one of the sheet layer and the filter layer. The to-be-cut region is cut off at a position indicated by the boundary portion before mounting on a target object, and therefore, the filter structure can be mounted on the target object while avoiding a portion that does not need to be attached to the target object, or a portion that causes a problem when attached.

    Abstract: A filter structure (F) includes a filter layer (1), an adhesive layer (10), and a sheet layer (20). The sheet layer has a thickness of 12 μm to 75 μm, and has a surface roughness Ra of 0.09 μm to 0.4 μm on a surface in contact with the adhesive layer. By setting the thickness of the sheet layer to 12 μm or more, waving when the sheet layer is laminated on the adhesive layer is reduced, and surface smoothness of the adhesive layer is maintained. By setting the thickness of the sheet layer to 75 μm or less, the sheet layer is less likely to be separated from the adhesive layer during folding. Since the surface roughness Ra of the sheet layer is 0.4 μm or less, a surface roughness of the adhesive layer in contact with the sheet layer is controlled to a state of reliably exerting an adhesive force. Since the surface roughness of the sheet layer is 0.09 μm or more, handleability is improved, and a manufacturing cost is not increased.
