The present invention provides for debugging a target program with a computer comprising a storage unit and a processing unit. In one aspect, this comprises: storing, in the storage unit, reliability information including the reliability of individual indices of classification items of the program; reading, by the processing unit, the reliability information of the target program from the storage unit and determining a reliable code area and an unreliable code area by using the reliability of the individual indices in the reliability information; and executing debugging of the debug target program only for the unreliable code area while omitting debugging of the reliable code area. A graphical user interface to support debugging of only unreliable code areas is also disclosed.

A photographic camera of folding type including a lens and shutter assembly pivotally and oscillatingly supported through a front cover plate and folding link levers which are also pivotally conected to the camera main body, and a collapsible light shielding bellows connected between the rear portion of the lens and shutter assembly and a first housing section of the main body formed with an exposure aperture and accommodating a film container. When not in use, the lens and shutter assembly is housed in a second housing section of the main body with the forward side of the main body covered with the front cover plate, while for use, the lens and shutter assembly is brought, upon opening the front cover plate, into the photographing position, with the bellows fully expanded.

A tandem thin film photoelectric converter includes a transparent electrode, a plurality of photoelectric conversion units and back electrode deposited in sequence on a transparent insulating substrate. An intermediate layer for partially reflecting and transmitting light is inserted along at least one interface between the plurality of photoelectric conversion units. The intermediate layer has an average thickness in the range of 10 to 90 nanometers. The upper surface of the intermediate layer includes an uneven surface geometry having an average peak-to-peak pitch in the range of 10 to 50 nanometers.

The present invention provides a method for making a transparent conductive film, which contains zinc oxide as a main component and which has high transmittance, low resistivity, and excellent surface morphology, highly uniformly and simply, using an inexpensive dilution gas, and also provides a method for making a tandem thin-film photoelectric converter including the method for making the transparent conductive film. A method for making a transparent conductive film according to the present invention includes introducing an organozinc compound, a dilution gas, and an oxidizing agent into a deposition chamber to form a transparent conductive film containing zinc oxide as a main component on a substrate disposed in the deposition chamber, wherein the dilution gas is hydrogen. Since hydrogen has high thermal conductivity and is inexpensive, it is possible to provide a transparent conductive film having excellent characteristics with low cost.

Disclosed is a developing roller to be employed in a developing device which is incorporated in electrophotographic apparatus such as printers, duplicators, receivers for facsimiles or the like, and in which toner carried on the surface of the roller being or not being kept in contact with a photoreceptor is transferred at least to the photoreceptor. The developing roller is characterized in that an elastic conductive layer is formed around the conductive shaft of the roller, that the outer surface of the elastic conductive layer is covered with a surface layer, and that the surface layer is formed from a resin composition of which the contact angle with a drop of a liquid consisting essentially of a component similar to the resin component constituting the toner to be used in the developing device is not smaller than 35.degree.. In the developing device, toner filming occurs little around the developing roller, and the initial density of the images formed is good. In addition, toner cracking occurs little in the developing device.
