    摘要: A camera module for an optical touchscreen includes a body part and a light emitting device coupling part. The body part may be disposed on one side corner of a touch region, provided with a light receiving hole at a portion thereof facing a center of the touch region, and provided with a lens mounted to correspond to the light receiving hole and an image sensor disposed to receive light collected through the lens. The light emitting device coupling part may be formed on at least one side of the body part that faces each edge of the touch region, and configured to be coupled to a light emitting device.

    摘要: Disclosed is a light emitting device having vertically stacked light emitting diodes. It comprises a lower semiconductor layer of a first conductive type positioned on a substrate, a semiconductor layer of a second conductive type on the lower semiconductor layer of a first conductive type, and an upper semiconductor layer of a first conductive type on the semiconductor layer of a second conductive type. Furthermore, a lower active layer is interposed between the lower semiconductor layer of a first conductive type and the semiconductor layer of a second conductive type, and an upper active layer is interposed between the semiconductor layer of a second conductive type and the upper semiconductor layer of a first conductive type. Accordingly, there is provided a light emitting device having a structure in which a lower light emitting diode comprising the lower active layer and an upper light emitting diode comprising the upper active layer are vertically stacked. Therefore, light output per unit area of the light emitting device is enhanced as compared with a conventional light emitting device, and thus, a chip area of the light emitting device needed to obtain the same light output as the conventional light emitting device can be reduced.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a solid oxide fuel cell. The solid oxide fuel cell includes cylindrical fuel cells and a current collector. The fuel cells are inserted into the current collector so that the fuel cells are connected in parallel to each other. The current collector includes an upper plate and a lower plate. The upper plate includes protruding parts each having a slot. An upper connection part connects the protruding parts in parallel to each other. The lower plate has a mesh structure and has semicircular support parts corresponding to the respective protruding parts. A lower connection part connects the semicircular support parts in parallel to each other. The solid oxide fuel cell unitizes connection between the fuel cells and current collection, thus simplifying a current collecting process, and minimizing a connection loss that may be induced in connection between the fuel cells.

    摘要: A fuel cell power generation system including: a hydrogen generating apparatus, controlling an amount of hydrogen generation by controlling an on/off status of a switch connected between electrodes; and a fuel cell, being supplied with hydrogen generated by the hydrogen generating apparatus and producing a direct current by converting chemical energy of the hydrogen to electrical energy. The hydrogen generating apparatus used in the system preferably includes an electrolyzer, filled with an aqueous electrolyte solution containing hydrogen ions; a first electrode, accommodated in the electrolyzer, submerged in the aqueous electrolyte solution, and generating electrons; a second electrode, accommodated in the electrolyzer, submerged in the aqueous electrolyte solution, receiving the electrons to generate hydrogen; a switch, located between the first electrode and the second electrode; a meter, measuring an amount of hydrogen generation or an output of a fuel cell; and a switch controller, receiving a set value, comparing the amount of hydrogen generation or the output of the fuel cell measured by the meter with the set value, and controlling an on/off status of the switch.
