摘要: Provided is a further improved wound dressing suitable for a method for treating a wound while maintaining a moist environment created by exudate oozing from the wound. The wound dressing (5) comprises at least three layers including a first layer, a second layer and a third layer in order from the side used in contact with a wound site, which layers are integrally stacked together. The first layer (1) comprises a resin sheet material having a number of pores penetrating in a thickness direction. The second layer (2) comprises a sheet material of which the surface is water-repellent and becomes water-permeable when pressure is applied. The third layer (3) comprises a sheet material capable of absorbing and holding water. The wound dressing optionally comprises a fourth layer comprising a resin film, a fabric or a nonwoven.

摘要: A method includes producing an elastic strip material (12) by sandwiching an elastic member (4) between two webs (10, 11) under a stretched state in the longitudinal direction of the webs (10, 11), halving the elastic strip material (12) in the widthwise direction so that protrusions (12a) and recesses (12b) alternately appear, separating a first elastic strip material and a second elastic strip material obtained by halving in the widthwise direction, shifting the phases of the first and second elastic strip materials in the longitudinal direction so that the protrusions and the recesses become in phase, reducing the shrinking force of the elastic member near the protrusions (12a) of the first and second elastic strip materials (12A and 12B), and attaching an absorber (12c) onto parts (12c) of the first and second elastic strip materials (12A) where the shrinking force is reduced.

摘要: A wearing article (4 to 4D) includes a main body (5 to 5D) having a front part (P), a back part (Q) and a crotch part (R) coupling the front part (P) and the back part (Q). The main body (5A to 5D) includes a pair of waist edges (T) opposed to each other and a pair of leg edges (S) opposed to each other. A shirring (15) is so formed in a substantially widthwise middle portion of the crotch part (R) of the main body (5 to 5D) as to shorten a space between the front part (P) and the back part (Q). A ratio of the length (L1) of the crotch part (R) along the forward and backward direction (X) to a length (L2) between the pair of waist edges (T) is 1:15 to 1:2.

摘要: Disclosed is a disposable wearing article, which comprises an absorbent body 1, and a primary elastic member 9 attached to a back portion of the absorbent body 1 to extend approximately linearly in an approximately central zone of the back portion. The primary elastic member 9 has a linear convergent portion 9a, a forwardly-divergent portion 9b extending forwardly from the front end of the linear convergent portion 9a in a forwardly divergent pattern, and a rearwardly-divergent portion 9b extending rearwardly from the rear end of the linear convergent portion 9a in rearwardly divergent pattern, whereby the action of a contractile force of the primary elastic member 9 facilitates a close fit of the absorbent body 1 to central, front and rear areas of a crotch region of a wearer to provide enhanced fit of the entire absorbent body 1 to the entire crotch region.

摘要: An antibacterial, biodegradable extracting container has a filtering surface formed from a water-permeable woven or knitted fabric formed from fibers comprising, as a principal component, an antibacterial, biodegradable polylactate polymer, and having a thickness of 1 to 100 dtex, wherein, preferably, the filtering surface is formed from the woven fabric having a cover factor K of 1600 to 6400, determined in accordance the following equation: K=(N×(A)1/2/T)+(M×(B)1/2/S) wherein, N=warp density (yarns/10 cm), M=weft density (yarns/10 cm), A=thickness (dtex) of the warp yarns, B=thickness (dtex) of the weft yarns, T=specific gravity of the warp yarns and S=specific gravity of the weft yarns.

摘要: A wearing article capable of suppressing the occurrence of a loss of materials and an increase of the cost of facilities and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. A wearing article includes a waist portion (3) formed in a ring shape capable of continuously surrounding the waist of the wearer and using one of openings as a waist opening (9), and a crotch portion (4) joined to the waist portion (3) across an opening on the opposite side to the waist opening (9) so that the crotch portion (4) and the waist portion (3) define a pair of leg openings (10) for the wearer to put through his legs individually. Shirring is formed in the crotch portion (4) so as to shorten the distance between the mutually opposing inner surfaces of the waist portion (3) connected to each other by the crotch portion (4).

摘要: The manufacture of a sole unit for footwear, such as an athletic shoe including an integral midsole/wedge or a separable wedge for use with a midsole. The integral midsole/wedge unit and the separable wedge comprise a shell and a core at least partially encapsulated within the shell. In the manufacture the core is supported in a mold by a plurality of pins extending from an upper and lower mold half toward a parting line; or the core is supported on one or the other of an outsole or insole of the sole unit and closed in the mold. The material of the shell is poured or injected into the mold.
