    摘要: A connector includes: one terminal having a part-connecting portion to be connected to an anode of an LED; and the other terminal having the part-connecting portion to be connected to a cathode of the LED; and a housing in which the terminals are embedded. The connector is made by insert-molding. The terminals are arranged in a cavity formed between upper and lower dies so that the part-connecting portions are arranged in the same plane with a gap. An outer shape of the cavity corresponds to an outer shape of the connector. After a projection formed on the upper die is interposed between the part-connecting portions, the cavity is filled with melted synthetic resin to mold the housing.

The pressure contact terminal parts are arranged so as to protrude to an electric wire holder attaching part. A clamp member is provided in the housing. A part of the clamp member is cut out to form an electric wire attaching opening through which the electric wire passes. An electric wire holder attaching part and the electric wire attaching opening are arranged so as not to correspond to a wiring direction of the electric wire. The electric wire is allowed to pass through an inside of the clamp member so as to be clamped.

    摘要: There are provided a wire harness and a method of manufacturing the wire harness capable of reducing the assembling cost. The wire harness includes: an insulating housing (3), on the board (11) of which partition walls (12) are arranged in parallel with each other; a cover member (2) capable of holding the insulating housing (3); a large number of pressure-connecting terminals (15) and crimping terminals (16) respectively arranged along the partition walls (12); and a large number of electric wires (103) respectively connected to the pressure-connecting terminals (15) and crimping terminals (16). The wire harness is formed by conducting the manufacturing steps of: a pressure-connecting terminal inserting step in which the pressure-connecting terminals (15) are arranged between the partition walls (12); a pressure-connecting step in which the electric wires (103) are connected with the pressure-connecting terminals (15); a crimping step in which the crimping terminals (16) are arranged between the partition walls (12) after the electric wires are connected with the crimping terminals (16); and a cutting step in which the material insulating housing (13) is cut into a predetermined length, wherein these steps are conducted in an arbitrary order, and the wire harness is formed by further conducting the manufacturing step of: a connector assembling step in which the insulating housing (3) is held by the cover member (2).

    摘要: A connector support mechanism includes a female connector (4) and a male connector (5). A cam lever (27) formed with a cam groove (43) which guides a boss (21) protruding from the female connector (4) is turnably pivoted by the male connector (5). In a state in which the boss (2) is inserted into the cam groove (43), if the cam lever (27) turns, the female connector (4) and the male connector (5) are fitted to each other. The bracket (3) is provided with a resilient temporarily locking arm (14) which abuts a rear side surface of the boss (21) of the female connector (4). Therefore, a fitting load can be reduced by the function of the cam lever (27), and a structure of the female connector (4) which is temporarily locked to the bracket (3) can also be simplified.
