Abstract:
A battery charging system for a vehicle, capable of charging a vehicle battery pack properly in a short time even during driving a vehicle-mounted electrical load. The battery charging system includes the battery pack mounted in the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted electrical load that can be driven by a current from the battery pack, and a battery charge controller that controls charging of the battery pack. When the battery pack is charged by using an external battery charger during operation of the load, the battery charge controller requires the external battery charger to supply a sum current that is a sum of a current for charging the battery pack and a current for driving the load to the vehicle.
Abstract:
The center component 18a around the connector 2 is made of an insulating material such as synthetic resin, and there is a middle flange 19 formed around its middle section that protrudes outward in the radial direction around its entire circumference. There are insulating-tube side flanges 21, 21 that are formed around the opening ends of external semiconductive layers 13a, 13a of the insulating tubes 20a, 20a at the ends of the cables 4, 4, respectively. These insulating-tube side flanges 21, 21, are connected and joined to the middle flange 19 with O-rings 25, 25 therebetween.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic transfer film which has a transfer layer capable of forming a cured resin layer having excellent surface properties on a hydraulic transfer body and is less likely to cause blocking, a method for producing a hydraulic transfer film, capable of forming a clear decorative layer on a curable resin layer, and a method for producing a hydraulic transfer body having excellent surface properties and a clear pattern. The present invention provides a hydraulic transfer film comprising a water-soluble substrate film, a hydrophobic transfer layer including a curable resin layer which can be cured by at least one of irradiation with radiation and heating provided on the substrate film, and a peelable film provided on the transfer layer; a method for producing a hydraulic transfer film, which comprises laminating a film comprising a substrate film and a curable resin layer provided on the substrate film with a film comprising a peelable film and a decorative layer provided on the peelable film by dry lamination; and a method of producing a hydraulic transfer body using the hydraulic transfer film.

Abstract:
A beverage is disclosed which contains an anti-foaming agent comprising, as an effective component, a sucrose fatty acid ester wherein the constituting fatty acid is at least one of a saturated fatty acid having from 12 to 22 carbon atoms and an unsaturated fatty acid having from 12 to 22 carbon atoms, and the average substitution degree is from 4 to 7. A method for forming the beverage is also disclosed.
Abstract:
In a power-assisted steering system including an electrically operated bypass valve mounted on a hydraulic power cylinder and disposed within a bypass passage between opposite fluid chambers of the cylinder to permit bypass flow passing therethrough in its energized condition, an electric control apparatus includes a first sensor arranged to detect a travel speed of the vehicle for producing a first electric signal indicative of the vehicle speed, a second sensor arranged to detect a rotation speed of a prime mover of the vehicle for producing a second electric signal indicative of the rotation speed of the prime mover, a microcomputer responsive to the first and second electric signals for determining an optimum steering effort in relation to each value of the electric signals on a bais of predetermined respective functions of the vehicle speed and the rotation speed of the prime mover and for producing an electric control signal indicative of the optimum steering effort. The bypass valve is energized by the electric control signal applied thereto from the computer to control the opening degree of the bypass passage in accordance with the value of the electric control signal.
