摘要： The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition containing 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octylphenyl)ethyl]propane-1,3-diol or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof and a lecithin, and containing a saccharide if desired, which can be formulated into a liquid preparation, and which is suitable for the suppression of rejection in organ or bone marrow transplantation, for an immunosuppressive sustention therapy or for the treatment of autoimmune diseases.
