摘要： A method can include receiving information associated with an individual. The information can include a destination and data corresponding to a past interaction between the individual and a system associated with a device. The method can further include determining an identity of the individual using the past interaction data when the individual has had a previous interaction with the system. Otherwise, the method can include determining a similar identity of the individual using past interaction data corresponding to another individual and the destination. The method can further include receiving context information. The context information can include: the identity or the similar identity; a time indication; and historical information associated with the identity or the similar identity and the destination. The method can further include generating media content based on the context information, and facilitating communication of the media content between the individual and the device.
