    摘要： A fibrous web, in particular tissue web treated with a lotion composition based on an O/W emulsion comprising: (A) at least one oil; (B) an (O/W) emulsifier or (O/W) emulsifier combination; and (C) 6 to 30 weight % of water; wherein the weight % values relate to the total weight of the lotion composition. Since in the above lotion composition the external phase is aqueous, a web treated therewith can easily be wet by water and does not float on the water if it is to be disposed in a toilet.

    摘要： The disclosed invention provides wax dispersions with an average particle size of 0.5 to 100 μm containing (a) a wax phase with a melting point above 25° C. which contains at least one oil or wax component selected from dialkyl(ene) ethers, dialkyl(ene) carbonates, dicarboxylic acids, hydroxyfatty alcohols, and mixtures thereof and at least one emulsifier, and (b) a water phase. The wax dispersions are particularly useful as a basis for cosmetic preparations and, more particularly, for impregnating and wetting utility and sanitary wipes used for personal hygiene and body care.
