摘要: A rose locking mechanism developed with a hybrid lock architecture for a door designed to incorporate the functionality of a cylindrical lock architecture with the ease of installation of a tubular lock architecture is provided by the present invention. The hybrid lock architecture comprises a chassis assembly having an inside chassis assembly and an outside chassis assembly that are telescopically engaged to accommodate different door widths. A door latch assembly is operably connected to the chassis assembly for retroaction and extension of a bolt. A handle is mounted on a spindle on either side of the chassis assembly wherein rotational motion imparted on one of the handles is converted to linear motion within the chassis assembly in order to retract the bolt of the door latch assembly. The inside chassis assembly includes a rose locking mechanism positioned radially outward of said inside spindle.

The interconnected lock comprising a first lock assembly including an inside handle and an outside handle, and a second lock assembly interconnected to said first lock assembly. The second lock assembly comprises a deadbolt assembly operably connected to a deadbolt latch. The deadbolt latch comprises a deadbolt movable between an extended position and a retracted position. The interconnected lock further comprises a locking mechanism selectively engageable by a remote control signal to move the deadbolt to an extended position.

摘要: A slide compartment for a hybrid lock architecture. The slide component comprises a U-shaped body portion and a plurality of independent retractors. At least one pair of slots are positioned near an open end of said U-shaped body for attachment of a drawbar of a door latch assembly of the hybrid lock assembly. The hybrid lock assembly comprises a chassis assembly mounted in a bore of said door. A door latch assembly is operably connected to the slide component housed in the chassis assembly for retraction and extension of a bolt. A handle is mounted on a spindle on each side of the chassis assembly. Rotational motion of either handle is converted to linear motion within the chassis assembly at the slide interface in order to retract the bolt of the door latch assembly.

摘要: An item dispenser and methods for dispensing the item. In some embodiments of the invention, the item dispenser may include a housing, an item carriage, and a movable support. The movable support may be indexed to position the item carriage at (1) a first position in which the item carriage is positioned to release only a first item; and (2) a second position in which the item carriage is positioned to release a second item. In some embodiments of the invention, the dispenser may include a housing, a pivotable cap and a snap fastener. The snap fastener may extend from the cap to the housing and engage the housing to lock the cap in the closed position. The cap may be opened by moving an interference block away from a snap fastener lever.

摘要: A sensor for an interconnected lock assembly which can sense whether the door is in an opened or closed state. The interconnected lock assembly comprises a first lock assembly operably connected to a deadlatch assembly. A second lock assembly operably interconnected with the first lock assembly by a rack mounted on a carrier component. The second lock assembly is operably connected to a deadbolt latch assembly. The deadbolt latch assembly comprises a deadbolt movable between an extended position when the carrier component is in a lowered position and a retracted position when the carrier component is in a raised position. The lock assembly further includes a sensor component positioned within said deadlatch assembly in a predetermined manner to detect when said door is an open or closed position. The information is relayed to an electronic control module.

The fenestration unit further includes an edge support having first and second support members having at least a portion located between the frame and the sash, the first and second support members for fastening to the screen first and second edges.

摘要: A push button door locking mechanism including a push button mounted on a push button carrier housed within an inside spindle of a door lock assembly, a main retractor co-rotatingly attached to the spindle, and an inner cam aligned axially with the push button carrier. The inner cam has a flange portion extending substantially perpendicularly from a driver bar portion of the inner cam. The locking mechanism also includes a locking catch assembly having a first end and a second end. The first end includes a head portion formed to matingly engage the push button carrier. The second end is coupled to a locking wing. The locking catch assembly has a locked position wherein the locking wing matingly engages the flange preventing rotation of the flange with respect to the main retractor and an unlocked position allowing rotation of the flange with respect to the main retractor.
