Abstract: A hydro bushing includes an outer pipe, an inner pipe disposed within the outer pipe and spaced apart from the outer pipe, an elastic body disposed between the outer pipe and the inner pipe and provided with a liquid chamber portion accommodating liquid therein, and a nozzle disposed between the outer pipe and the elastic body and including a stopper extending toward the liquid chamber portion such that a portion of an internal surface of the nozzle protrudes to be in contact with the liquid chamber portion. A contact end of the stopper is formed to have a surface corresponding to deformation of the elastic body caused by conical movement.

Abstract: A fastening structure for a vehicular mounting system includes: a mount core including an inner core and coupled to a vehicle body by being fixed thereto, a center bolt protruding in an upward direction from the inner core, and a support bracket mounted on the inner core in such a manner as to come into contact therewith. The support bracket is fastened to the mount core using the center bolt and coupled to a powertrain of a vehicle by being fixed thereto. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a transmission (TM) mount that is capable of reducing costs and a weight by removing a separate stopper (component). The transmission (TM) mount improves handling performance taking advantage of elastic properties of a rubber component in a left/right direction (lateral direction). The stopper for a transmission (TM) mount includes a housing bracket into which an insulator is press-fitted, a lower plate which is positioned at a lower end of the insulator and connected, together with the housing bracket, to a vehicle body through a curling structure, an inner core which is disposed at a central portion of the insulator, and a bridge which is installed at a lower side of the inner core so as to control a lateral displacement. The bridge is tightly fixed to a fixing piece formed in the lower plate.

Abstract: A hydraulic engine mount is provided in which related components out of two or more internal parts are coupled to reduce the number of components and to prevent oil leakage occurring due to coupling of the parts. The hydraulic engine mount includes a core that has a central bolt inserted into a central portion thereof, a rubber member formed on an outer circumferential surface of the core, upper and lower fluid chambers to seal a fluid therein. A diaphragm is disposed at a lower end of the lower fluid chamber and an orifice assembly divides the upper and lower fluid chambers from each other and has nozzle upper and lower plates. A nozzle upper plate-combined case that has a flow path is formed integrally with a lower part of the rubber member, and a lower part of the flow path is hermetically sealed by the nozzle lower plate.

Abstract: An air damping mount includes: a housing in which a space is formed and an upper part of which is shielded by a cover; an insulator embedded in the housing forming first and second chambers at a lower and upper parts, respectively, and elastically deformed in accordance to the load applied thereto; and a core coupled to the insulator embedded in the housing and coupled to an engine through a hanger bracket protruding externally to a side direction of the housing wherein a first air hole is punched for air to enter into and exit from the first chamber and a second air hole is punched for air to enter into and exit from the second chamber. The chambers which air enter into and exit from are formed at an upper part and a lower part of the housing to improve noise, vibration and harshness (NVH).
