    摘要: A method for producing a polyacetal resin composition which allows for suppression of formaldehyde generation from a molded article to an extremely low level, and stable suppression of mold deposits during molding. The polyacetal resin composition contains: 100 parts by mass of a polyacetal polymer (A); 0.01 to 0.50 parts by mass of an aliphatic carboxylic acid hydrazide (B); 0.001 to 0.50 parts by mass of a hydantoin compound having two hydrazinocarbonylalkyl groups (C); and 0.001 to 0.30 parts by mass of an alkaline earth metal salt of aliphatic carboxylic acid (D), wherein the total amount of the components (B) and (C) with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyacetal polymer (A) is 0.03 to 0.55 parts by mass, and the polyacetal polymer (A) is a polyacetal copolymer obtained by copolymerizing trioxane as a principal monomer (a) with a cyclic ether having at least one carbon-carbon bond as a comonomer (b) using a heteropolyacid represented by general formula (1) as a polymerization catalyst (c) to obtain a reaction product, and subsequently adding a carbonate of an alkali metal element or alkaline earth metal element (d) to the reaction product to deactivate the polymerization catalyst (c).

    Solution: A molded article for laser welding comprising a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition containing 100 parts by mass of (A) a polybutylene terephthalate resin, (B) a polycarbonate resin in which the melt viscosity at 300° C. and a shear rate of 1000 sec−1 is 0.20 kPa·s or greater, and 1 part by mass or greater and 10 parts by mass or less of (C) an epoxy-based compound, the molded article having a thickness at a welded part of 1.3 mm or greater, and an agent for suppressing variation in laser transmittance of a molded article for laser welding, the agent containing an epoxy-based compound.

    摘要: A casing member for an in-vehicle camera, obtained by injection molding a resin composition that comprises 100 to 300 parts by mass of a total of a fibrous inorganic filler and a non-fibrous inorganic filler to 100 parts by mass of a polyarylene sulfide resin and has a content of an elastomer of 10% by mass or less, and satisfying the following conditions (A) and (B). (A) When a molded product of a predetermined shape is injection molded using the resin composition under predetermined conditions, an absolute value of (shrinkage rate in a direction perpendicular to a flow direction)−(shrinkage rate in the flow direction) is 0.5% or less. (B) A water absorption rate of a molded product of a predetermined shape that is injection molded using the resin composition under predetermined conditions is 0.3% or less when subjected to a predetermined hot water immersion test.

    摘要: The present invention addresses the problem of enhancing the fluidity of a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition that uses a halogenated benzyl acrylate-based flame retardant as a flame retardant while maintaining properties such as excellent mechanical strength that a polybutylene terephthalate-based resin possesses. The problem is solved by adding a protic compound to the polybutylene terephthalate resin composition that uses a halogenated benzyl acrylate-based flame retardant as a flame retardant.

    摘要: A resin molded article that has a high bond strength in a composite molded article in which a first molded article and a second molded article are integrated, and that has a stable and uniform bond strength of a composite molded article between shots of the molded article. The composite molded article includes a grooved first resin molded article containing at least a resin, a glass fiber, and a laser absorption material, and having grooves that expose the glass fiber; and a second molded article adjacently disposed on the grooved surface of the first resin molded article. In the first resin molded article, the glass fiber is added in an amount of 12-45 mass % with respect to the total mass of the resin composition that constitutes the resin molded article, the laser absorption material is added in an amount of 0.25-10 mass % with respect to the total mass of the resin composition, and the glass fiber and the laser absorption material are blended within specific blending ranges.

    摘要: A polyoxymethylene (POM) resin composition which is used for a resin molded article having an excellent sliding characteristic and wear resistance property and also having an excellent surface property and peeling resistance property. This POM resin composition contains: (A) 100 parts by mass of a POM resin; (B) 0.01-1 parts by mass of a hindered phenolic antioxidant; (C) 0.05-1 parts by mass inclusive of a nitrogen-containing compound; (D) 0.5-10 parts by mass of a modified olefin polymer which is an olefin polymer that has been modified by an unsaturated carboxylic acid or the like; (E) 0.01-5 parts by mass of an alkylene glycol polymer that has a primary or secondary amino group and a number average molecular weight of 400-500,000; (F) 0.1-20 parts by mass of calcium carbonate which has a BET specific surface area of 15 m2/g or less, has a mean particle size of 50-200 nm or less, is surface-untreated, and is substantially cubic; (G) 0.1-10 parts by mass of a partial ester of a divalent to tetravalent alcohol; and (H) 0.1-10 parts by mass of an α-olefin oligomer.
