摘要： Configuration information of a remote unit can be interrogated by an external interrogator. An embodiment of the remote unit includes an interrogation memory operatively connected to an interrogation interface device. When the remote unit is programmed with software/firmware to establish a remote unit configuration, the configuration information corresponding to the remote unit configuration may be stored into the interrogation memory. Upon receiving an interrogation signal from the external interrogator, the interrogation interface device may wirelessly communicate the configuration information to the external interrogator.

摘要： The apparatus comprises a vat having a lateral wall and a bottom for pasteurizing, maturing and maintaining a product. A cover adjacent to the lateral wall and to the bottom controls the temperature of the product present in the vat. A first heat-exchange circuit is defined by the cover and by the vat. A heat-exchange fluid circulates in the first heat-exchange circuit. The first heat-exchange circuit includes a heat generator for the heating of the heat-exchange fluid and includes a first heat exchanger for the cooling of the heat-exchange fluid. A second heat-exchange circuit has a tank. A diathermic liquid circulates in the second heat-exchange circuit. A second heat-exchanger is disposed in the tank, and a refrigeration group is connected, in a heat-exchange relationship, to the second heat-exchanger. The second heat-exchange circuit is connected to the first heat-exchanger by a by-pass conduit parallel to the first heat-exchanger. A first on-off valve is connected to the by-pass conduit and has a second on-off valve connected to an inlet of the first heat-exchanger to selectively control the flow of diathermic liquid passing from the second refrigeration circuit. A cleaning circuit has a cleaning water tub, an inlet, and an outlet communicating respectively with a cleaning water source and a discharge drain. An electronic control system programs and commands the preparation and distribution of the product.

摘要： An apparatus for recognizing graphic symbols is disclosed, wherein a character is scanned by a cathode ray tube along a plurality of parallel scan lines (sections) and a photodetector supplies an analog electric signal proportional to the intensity of the light signal output from each scanned point. Each analog signal is preprocessed in order to obtain a digital signal. Each portion of this digital signal which corresponds to a white segment of a section is switched to one of a plurality of motif registers, according to the relationship of the white segment with the black segments of the same sections and with the shadow of the black segments of the sections already scanned. Each motif register is emptied if the motif is not separated, i.e., if the corresponding motif register does not receive at least a prefixed number of contributions. At the end of the scanning of the character, it is categorized according to the type of motifs present therein.

摘要： An electronic computer having an arrangement for shifting the characters stored in selected registers of the memory is disclosed, wherein the shift of the characters is controlled by an instruction causing a control unit to select the register to be shifted and to activate the arrangement. The arrangement comprises a one-character register which is first connected by the control unit with the last significant stage of the selected register for exchanging the characters stored therein. The onecharacter register is then connected with the most significant stage of the selected register, whereby the character previously stored in the last significant stage is now stored in the most significant stage. The one character register is then connected with the successive stages of the selected register whereby the characters are shifted step-by-step by one stage. A counter is provided for counting the number of changes performed and for causing the control unit to stop the exchanging operation upon completion.
