摘要: A light-shielding blade material is provided that contributes to increased focal plane shutter speeds. A focal plane shutter has a front blade group and a rear blade group, each being composed of a plurality of light-shielding blades. At least one of these light-shielding blades is made of a Be-Al alloy material containing 40% by weight or more of Be, and has a thickness of 40 to 150 microns. This light-shielding blade is light in weight and high in stiffness, thereby significantly contributing the increased focal plane shutter speeds.

摘要: In each of the opening group and the closing group of shutter blades, there is a main blade and two auxiliary blades. When developing from a folded condition the blades of each group go from a more overlapped to a less overlapped condition. Although the same two springs may provide all three of the blades of a group with motive force for moving from the cocked to the uncocked condition, the two auxiliary blades have a driving force transmitter that is independently movable to a limited degree relative to the driving force transmitter for the main blade of the same group, one of the springs directly transmits force for moving the main blade and the other spring directly transmits force for moving the auxiliary blades.

摘要: When a hold member rotates on a shaft counterclockwise in the set operation, pressing parts of a pressing member which is fitted on top end of the hold member press pressed parts of iron piece members to rotate a lock-releasing member for a first blade and a lock-releasing member for a rear blade so that the iron piece members are made to come into contact with iron-core members of electromagnets, while an engagement pin presses an arm of a connection spring to rotate a restraining member clockwise so that a restraining part of the restraining member moves into the trajectory of the movement of a restrained part of the lock-releasing member for the rear blade. When the coils of the electromagnets are not electrified and the hold member rotates clockwise, the lock-releasing member for the front blade presses a front blade locking member to make it possible to perform an open operation of the front blade, while the lock-releasing member for the rear blade cannot press a rear blade locking member because the lock-releasing member for the rear blade is restrained by the restraining member. As a result, an exposure aperture is fully opened, and it becomes possible to perform observation with electronic finder.

摘要: When photographing using an optical finer, a hold member rotates, and a pressing member pushes a pushed portion of an iron piece member to rotate an unlocking member for a first blade and an unlocking member for a second blade to bring the iron piece member into contact with an iron core member of an electromagnet. When photographing using an electronic finder, a permanent magnet rotor of an electromagnetic device is rotated in a state where the electromagnet is not magnetized, a deterring member is made to face the operation locus of a deterred portion of the unlocking member for a second blade, and then, the hold member is rotated. Thereby, the unlocking member for a second blade is deterred by the deterring member so as to allow observation using the electronic finder without pushing the locking member for a second blade.
